Served as the change management and communications lead for an organizational transformation in Sodexos Health Care Market, the
largest revenue producer in Sodexo. Work included organizational restructuring, roles and responsibility realignment, competency
evaluation and job description revisions, external client communication strategy, internal communication strategy, and executive and
leadership coaching.
Designed, developed and deployed an online Change Resource Center that includes more than 60 change management tools and tool
guides, 40 audio/visual tutorials, Sodexo-specific best practices and case studies, a resource library of books and articles, and a Sodexospecific change management methodology. Designed and conducted more than 200 educational sessions encompassing more than 5,000
leaders and managers to introduce key change management concepts and build basic skills.
Tested change management methodology and tools on high-priority change initiatives including Finance Transformation, HR
Transformation, Business Model Redesign, Health Care Reform, Global Knowledge Management and Sharing, Health Care Organizational
Restructuring, Retail Offer Development and Marketing, and Procurement System Implementation.
While leading a change and communications team at Watson Wyatt (currently Towers Watson), focused on designing and developing change
communications for total rewards, performance management, and health and welfare programs such as consumer-driven health care and paid
time off. Provided change management and communications expertise for large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&As), large-scale system
implementations, and organization redesigns.
Designed a new internal communications function for a large, decentralized organization in the construction/building supply industry; work

integration strategies and tactical plans, designing and delivering communications and training programs, and launching marketing and

Designed and produced more than 250 communications, advertising, and outreach programs for large, complex, and highly-visible
commercial and government initiatives.
Led 10-person team to develop internal employee communications programs for more than 40 large-scale transformation initiatives for
