Served as the change management and communications lead for an organizational transformation in Sodexos Health Care Market, the
largest revenue producer in Sodexo. Work included organizational restructuring, roles and responsibility realignment, competency
evaluation and job description revisions, external client communication strategy, internal communication strategy, and executive and
leadership coaching.
Designed, developed and deployed an online Change Resource Center that includes more than 60 change management tools and tool
guides, 40 audio/visual tutorials, Sodexo-specific best practices and case studies, a resource library of books and articles, and a Sodexospecific change management methodology. Designed and conducted more than 200 educational sessions encompassing more than 5,000
leaders and managers to introduce key change management concepts and build basic skills.

Designed a new internal communications function for a large, decentralized organization in the construction/building supply industry; work
