A4988 STEPPER DRIVER FOR 3D PRINTER
You can use the Stepstick stepper driver on your RAMPS, it is a 100%
replacement for the pololu driver. This batch of stepsticks are based on the A4988
chip, which has some better protection features.

HEATED BED
This board will heat up to 90 degrees C in about 8 minutes on 12V. It has a
resistance of 2.5ohm max. With 24V you can get to 120 degrees in 6 minutes.
Resistance of the board may differ from 1.5 to 2.5ohm.
Dimensions: 214x214mm
Print Area Dimensions: 200 x 200mm
You can use kapton tapet of it the thermistor to the heated bed. AB Stemp:110C

Arduino Mega 2560

The Arduino Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560

(datasheet). It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM
outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal
oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button.

It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a

computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get
started. The Mega is compatible with most shields designed for the Arduino
Duemilanove or UNO.

THERMISTOR

Thermistor for 3D Printer. Measure the temperature of your

Heated Bed easily.

Mechanics:

BUDASCHNOZZLE W/ 0.35MM NOZZLE

The Budasch nozzle is a high performance hot end for use with RepRap and other
3D printers. The hot end comes completely assembled: wire it to your electronics
and it is ready to print.

The Budasch nozzle now comes with pre-crimped wiring that will get you printing
even faster.
Use thermistor #7 (Honeywell) in Sprinter and Marlin firmware.
The Budasch nozzle comes assembled with a 0.35mm nozzle.

3D printing process
A 3D printer is just like a normal colour printer. The main difference is that it
prints with plastic and 3-dimensional objects. The printer prints small plastic
threads in layers forming the object you want.

Modeling
Depending on the machine used, material or a binding material is deposited on the
build bed or platform until material/binder layering is complete and the final 3D
model has been "printed." A standard data interface between CAD software and the
machines is the STL file format.

Printing
To perform a print, the machine reads the design from an .stl file and lays down
successive layers of liquid plastic to build the model from a series of cross
sections. These layers, which correspond to the virtual cross sections from the
CAD model, are joined together or automatically fused to create the final shape.

The primary advantage of this technique is its ability to create almost any shape or
geometric feature.
Construction of a model with contemporary methods can take anywhere from
several hours to several days, depending on the method used and the size and
complexity of the model.
3D printers give designers and concept development teams the ability to produce
parts and concept models using a desktop size printer.
