Sanction of Rs. 15.00 crore to the Credit Risk Guarantee Fund Trust for Low Income
Housing (CRGFTLIH) as Government of India's contribution to the corpus of the Trust
during 2015-16 - regarding.

Sir,

Sanction of the President of India is hereby conveyed to the release of Rs. 15,00,00,000.00
(Rupees Fifteen Crore Only) to the Credit Risk Guarantee Fund Trust for Low Income Housing
(CRGFTLIH) as Government oflndia's contribution to the corpus of the Trust during 2015-16 subject
to the following terms and conditions:
a) The Scheme is to be implemented as per the provisions contained in Cabinet Note dated 23rd
March, 2012 and subsequent modifications in the Scheme effected from time to time.
b) The accounts of the Trust would be audited by the C&AGI Chartered Accountants
recommended by C&AG as per the procedure applicable to public funds.
c) As the Government of India's contribution is towards the Corpus fund of the Trust, the
Utilization Certificates are not applicable.

The receipt of this letter may kindly be acknowledged and action taken be intimated to this

Ministry urgently.
