Description:
MFISS is a comprehensive Investor Services System, specifically geared to
handle the growing and dynamic needs of managing the R & T requirements of
investors of mutual funds schemes.
MFISS is a solution to address the investor servicing needs of the mutual fund
industry. This is being developed and integrated by Datacons Private Limited.
Datacons has in-depth knowledge of the mutual fund industry in India. Datacons'
product MFISS handles the fund accounting and investment monitoring needs of
over 22 mutual funds in India, including all the schemes of Unit Trust of India
(UTI).
To achieve scalability and thus be flexible enough to adjust to the rapidly
changing business environment, MFISS has adopted n-tier design architecture to
isolate the front-end, business logic and database. This isolates the impact of
change to a tier from impacting other tiers.

PUR reports GCIB Portal user activity (page and document visits). User,
document, and activity (hit) data is collected and organized for reporting to the
GCIB research publishing, marketing, and sales communities. Portal user
information is obtained from the GCIB LDAP directory. Hit data is prospected
from the web server access logs of (each of) the web servers that share the GCIB
portal site load. The PUR system performs three major functions-- Data
Collection, Reports Generation and Reports Presentation.

Portfolio Ratio of the Organization.
Management Information System Provides all the business users with
Income & Expenditure Statement and Profit & Loss Accounts.
HRM Provides the business establishments, with a feature to keep necessary
information of their employees.
Accounts In this module we provided Voucher, Journal book, Daybook, Trial
balance, Customer Accounts, Balance sheet services and Ratios.

Description:
SSAGlobal eService 2.3 is a Web-enabled application that aims to address
quick and effective solutions to the customers service-related queries round-theclock, in stand-alone mode and integrated with the SSAGlobal ERP application.
SSAGlobal eService 2.3 provides customers with two types of services: unassisted
services and assisted services. It provides users with a common interface to work
in an unassisted mode and to use the service request interface to register
individual requests in an assisted mode to which some helpdesk employees
respond. Unassisted services include the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and
troubleshooting tips options available to users. Assisted services in eService
include the ability of a user to raise a service request. The user can create a
detailed description of the query and send the request to the service provider. The
service provider then provides a solution to the query stated in the service
request.

Involved in developing the FAQ, Mail Manager & Administrator modules.
