Role: SIT Test lead

Digital Platform Redesign delivers an upgraded digital experience that will enable the ability to expand the
consumer base to include members and non-members. Expanded digital capabilities will allow the
company to engage prospective and existing members in new cost effective programs through the digital
platform driving interest and ultimately purchase. The seamless experience will drive engagement
necessary to create behavior change for healthy outcomes.
Improved infrastructure will provide a reliable foundation experiencing minimal downtown and latency
issues. Upgraded infrastructure will support current portal software versions that will allow the company
to introduce state of the art applications and services.
Improved reliability and feature functionality will help reduce cost through paperless initiatives and

Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing estimation documents and Created Test Plans which describes the features and functions
to be tested
Having strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA life cycle and methodology.
In depth knowledge and experience on writing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Traceability
Matrix, , Test Summary Reports and Test Data preparation
Experience in Integration testing, System testing, Functional testing, Database testing, Web testing,
Mobile testing, Web services testing, Browser Compatibility testing, Regression testing, Smoke
testing, User Acceptance Testing and End To End Testing.
Extensive Work Experience in Test Execution, Defect tracking and Test Reporting.
Worked closely with developers, network engineers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC
Very good exposure to Handled client calls and onsite calls on daily basis and hosting team meetings
Prepared Weekly Status reports, monthly metrics to showcase the project status to clients
Good Exposure to Different SDLC models like Scrum / Agile, Waterfall and V-Model.
Participated in defect resolution process by conducting root cause analysis, proposing solutions, or
approaches to problem resolution
