INSTRUCTIONS
1. You must bring the call letter alongwith the photo identity proof (such as Passport/PAN Card/Driving
License/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested photograph/Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted
Officer (on original letter head)/People's representative along with a photograph/Identity Card issued by
recognised college/University/Aadhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID) in original as well as photo
copy.Pleasenotethatyournameasappearingonthecallletter(providedbyyouduringtheprocess
ofregistration)shouldexactlymatchthenameasappearingonthephotoidentityproof.(Ifthereis
anymismatchbetweenthenameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhotoIdentityProofyouwillnot
be allowed to appear for the exam.) The photocopy of photo identity proof should be submitted
along with the call letter, to the invigilators in the examination hall failing which he/she will not
bepermittedtoappearforthetest.
RationCardandEaadharCardwillnotbeacceptedasvalidIDproof.
In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original
Gazettenotificationororiginalmarriagecertificateoraffidavitinoriginal.
2. A handout giving information about the type of test you will be taking is available on IBPS website. Please
download the booklet and study it carefully. In addition a link for a mock test will be available on the IBPS
website.
3. Youshouldascertainexactlocationofthevenuewellinadvanceofthedateofexamination.
4. Youmustbringaballpointpenwithyou.
5. Please note that you are allowed to apply for only one post in officers cadre and can appear only
once for the examination for a particular post. Multiple appearances will result in cancellation of
yourcandidature. In case more than one call letter has been generated, you are advised to appear
only once on the date and at the time mentioned on the respective call letter. All other call letters
aretobesurrendered.
6. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this
examination.Candidatesareadvisednottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingmobilephones/pagerstothe
venue of examination as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any
unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing at the examination including giving/receiving
help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that
noothercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers.IBPSwouldbeanalysingtheresponses(answers)
of individual candidates with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers.IfintheanalyticalprocedureadoptedbyIBPSinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthat
the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, IBPS reserves right to
cancelthecandidatureoftheconcernedcandidatesandtheresultofsuchcandidates(disqualified)
willbewithheld.
7. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and
storageoftestcontentsinanyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalor
written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in
unauthoirsedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
8. PersonswithDisabilities(PWD)shouldcontacttheTestCentreAdministratorofthetestvenueatleast30minutes
beforethetimeofexaminationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
9. Anyrequestforchangeofcentre/venue/date/sessionwillnotbeentertained.
10.You may please note that this callletter does not constitute an offer of employment by any/all
RegionalRuralBank(s).
11. Youradmissiontotheexaminationisstrictlyprovisional.Beforecomingfortheonlineexamination,pleaseensure
that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement. If you are not eligible,
