I have worked in the USF&G Tower/Legg Mason Building at 100 Light Street in Baltimore, Maryland
from 1973 until November of last year, 2008. Over the course of my 35 year tenure, in the wake of
numerous building maintenance company changes, I have played the lead role in building upgrades,
greening and redesign for the 40 story, 538 ft above ground, 530,400 square foot facility. During my 18
year tenure as chief engineer my responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, training and the daily
management of the building services team. I believe in teamwork. I am looking forward to the opportunity
of joining, inspiring with work ethic and training the building systems team fit for the next generation of
technologies.
