Description of the Project

Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) is a single integrated, scalable, intuitive workspace to engage with
Cisco throughout the purchasing process. The Workspace is evolving to be the one stop location for all Partner
quoting, configuration, and ordering needs with seamless access to all commerce-related processes. Partners will be
able to access Cisco pricing concessions and programs from this Workspace. Additionally, the Workspace offers
Partners the autonomy to make deal and quote decisions from a single location.
The current Partner experience is a fragmented accumulation of disparate applications that reflect Ciscos
internal organizational structure not how Partners need to do business with Cisco. With 80+ Tools for configuration
and ordering, Partners are left to sort out which tools to use, and who to contact. This will be eliminated with the one
stop Workspace for quoting, configuration and ordering.

Description of the Project


The objective of this Project is to migrate TANDBERG and Scientific Atlanta (Acquired companies) active service
agreements, active warranty and relevant installed base data to Ciscos systems to complete the integration of Both
with Cisco. After the service agreement migration, customers and partners can use Cisco tools and processes to log
service requests, use Cisco.com support tools and renew service against their TANDBERG-sold equipment.
o For S-A Integration migrated 70+ million IB from SAP into C3. Majority of these IB is under warranty and
Cisco has to create Warranty Contract lines for each of these IB that are under warranty.
o Multiple OoB Contract tables that contain Service / Warranty Contracts are replicated into various
downstream systems such as ODS, EDW, SSO Data Mart, C3BL, EBI.
o Approximately 3000 Tandberg PID.,1.5 Million Uncovered IB records, Million Covered IB records, 40K
Service Agreements,1000 Warranties got migrated to Cisco system
