I am the Chairman of Udma Islamiya ALPS managing Committee,
which is a Committee established in 1990 with an avowed object of
starting and running Udma Islmayia A.L.P.S cater the educational
aspirations of a backward community in Kasargod Dt, which is
populated by the Minority community of Muslims.
This school is established and being administered by a body
comprising of people from Muslim Community. Thus the above
mentioned school can have protection u/A 30(1) of our constitution.
Hence it is incumbent upon government to declare an open
acceptance of the legal minority character which is existed
antecedent to such declaration.
Hence I am humbly requesting you to issue a minority status
certificate to the abovementioned institution considering the facts in
our statement in accordance with the relevant provisions of the
constitution for which we are eligible.

I am the Managing Trustee of the Sayed Mohammed Jamulullaily
Trust, Oorakam, Kizhakemuri, Malappuram Dt., which is a Trust
established with an avowed object of starting and running
educational institutions to cater the educational aspirations of a
backward community in the minority populated district Malappurm
of Kerala.
As a part of this we have established, Markazul Uloom High School,
Oorakam, Kizhakemuri, Malappram Dt. Kerala, in that area, at
present there are total number of 286 students admitted in the
School and all the students admitted are coming from Muslim
Minority Community, which itself is a major reason to declare the
school as an Minority Institution.
Again, this school is established and being administered by a body
comprising of people from Muslim Community. Thus the above
mentioned school can have protection u/A 30(1) of our constitution.
