PRELIMINARY
Karate is a sport that has been taking part in the name of Indonesia in the international world
through the achievements of the athletes. Sports karete itself a martial sport that originated in Japan
and until now has been the world's attention. Karate in Indonesia shaded by container called
Federated Sports Karate - Do Indonesia (FORKI). Sport karate in Indonesia until now growing and
has many takers. Therefore, to improve the performance of athletes qualified karate, is not enough
to just do a routine exercise, but the need for competition - competition championship. With the
competition and regular exercise can improve the performance of young Indonesian athletes
qualified.
Starting from the spirit of the young karatekas to compete at national and international level,
then we Karate Student Activity Unit Faculty of Animal Husbandry UnSoed have to realize with Karate
Championships held in 2007, 2010, 2012, and 2014 ago. Seeing the enthusiasm of the participants,
we will again organize karate championship named "DEAN CUP 5TH OPEN KARATE
CHAMPIONSHIP ALL STUDENTS - 2016".
Karate championship is intended as a prestigious event athletes Early Childhood students, PreBeginner, Beginner, Cadet, Junior and Under 21, all branches of karate in Indonesia. Our expectations
with the holding of this championship can be a place for athletes - student athletes to excel at the
national level.
BASIC EXECUTION

2. The 50th Anniversary of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unsoed.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

1. Efforts to develop and refine the young karate athletes who have potential in Indonesia.
2. As a follow-up to the implementation of the Open Karate Championship Cup IV Inter Student
Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unsoed.
3. The creation of patterns sports coaching karate integrated and systematically by involving all
components of society so as to produce a reliable and capable karateka achievement.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
1. Participants 5TH DEAN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN CUP can represent on behalf Pengcab /
Mingle, Universities, schools / institutions / foundations in Indonesia who registered as members of
the college under the auspices of the Federation of Karate-Do Indonesia (FORKI).
2. Participants are not allowed to use the emblem universities / organizations karate at the time of the
game.
3. The number of participants per class is NOT RESTRICTED
4. Each participant is only allowed to represent one contingent.
5. Each contingent / teams who register are required to tell the committee how many delegates will be
included.
6. The opening of registration will start on August 10, 2015 until the registration deadline February 11,
2016 24:00 pm.
7. Registration
of
participants
can
be
done
online
through
the
website
http://kejurnas2016.wordpress.com or register directly at the secretariat of the Faculty of Animal
Husbandry Karate Purwokerto.
8. The committee did not accept the registration after the registration period is closed for any reason.
9. he deadline for online registration and registration payment directly, most recently on February 11,
2016.
10. Technical Technical Meeting:

a. Party contingent manager / team has to make sure every athlete who will follow the match.
b. Each manager checks the data on athletes that have been listed in the data committee.
c. If there is a data mismatch error or athlete then the manager is not allowed to propose changes
to the data of the athlete because previous data has been verified.
d. At the time of data verification part of the manager is still given the opportunity to move to
another class athletes in the event of a data mismatch athletes.
e. Every decision when TM is a collective agreement and a decision will be final unless there is
consideration of the referee.
f. TM chaired by the representative and the person in charge of the match referee.
g. Party managers can give input, opinions, technical corrections to the game, or any that have been
defined by the committee.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPANTS AND CONTINGENT

1. Participants

registration

via
the

2. Participants are required to pay the registration fee directly to the committee in charge of
registration with the following provisions:
a. Individual
: 100,000 IDR
b. Team
: 130,000 IDR
c. Contingent
: 180,000 IDR
3. Payment via account transfer BNI Bank Account number 0383697231 in the name DEKAN CUP
KARATE get special fee * to the following provisions:
a. Individual
: 90,000 IDR
b. Team
: 120,000 IDR
c. Contingent
: 170,000 IDR
*by submitting proof of transfer.
4. Completeness of which must be taken at the time of re-registration / verification:
a. Photocopy of proof of payment of administrative fees the match.
b. Photocopy of Student Identity Card / Student / ID / driver's license / birth certificate (choose
one).
c. Photograph 3x4 (2 sheets).
d. Submit a health certificate from a doctor (with Cap dr / PHC / Hospital makes)
5. If completeness is not in accordance with the actual data, then the participant will be disqualified
from the match.
6. All files submitted at the time of verification of data on February 11, 2016
PROVISION of OFFICIAL / COACH / MANAGER

1. Official / coach / manager sign a statement contained in the PROPOSAL which can be downloaded
at the website http://kejurnas2016.wordpress.com
2. Official / coach / manager must use sport shoes, training pants, jackets contingent and use the ID
card / name tag when assisting athletes in the region during the match.
3. Official / coach / manager must attend technical meetings / technical meeting (TM).

5. Each participant said individual Pa / Pi are required to demonstrate different words in each round,
until the final stage.
6. Other matters concerning the technical and competition rules will be described in the technical

2. Money Cup and coaching for the Champion, I, II, and III.

Violating the provisions / regulations set by the committee which agreed at the technical meeting.
Protests are allowed clerical error protest the game.
The committee reserves the right to disqualify the participant / contingent who disrupt the course
of the match
HEALTH
1. The committee prepares doctors and medical personnel ONLY at the location of the match.
2. The committee ONLY provide health facilities to the extent P3K in the game, and if it should be
referred to in the hospital, the committee ONLY limited to usher in the hospital and all costs incurred
by contingent / Participant.
ACCOMMODATION, CONSUMPTION AND TRANSPORTATION

1. The committee does not provide accommodation, food and transportation.
2. The committee only provide limited information.

1. Keep yourself to take no action - action outside the boundaries of reasonableness that can impede
the course of the game.
2. The provisions that have not been included in the proposal will be set when tekhnicaal meeting, as
well as provisions in the proposal may change according to developments.
