TETMS OF PAYMENT IS TICKED AS A INSTALLAMENT METHOD
IN OBB9 WE WILL SPECIFY THE PERCENTAGE AND PAYMENT TERMS
AGAINST THE INSTALLMENT

1,00,000 from 3rd bank, How can you configure through Automatic
Payment Program(APP)

A. Create 3 payment methods


1) A-With Min. amt of 1 INR and Max Amt. of 25000 INR
2) B-With Min. amt of 25001 INR and Max Amt. of 50000 INR
3) C-With Min. amt of 50001 INR and Max Amt. of 100000 INR
B. In "Bank Determination" make below configuration

QUESTION 3:- I want to know how can we pay one invoice payment of a vendor

out of three invoice ?


ANSWER:-

If you want to pay that invoice through manual then go to F-53 and
select the invoice which you want to pay and cleared it. But if you
want to pay through APP then in APP process select "Edit Proposal"
and in it you need to select which open item you want to clear then
you select "reallocate" button to process that open item then rest
of the process is same as usual.In both the way you can clear
selected open item as per your requirement.

QUESTION 4:- What is the relation between Field Status & Account Group?
ANSWER:-

Account Group is Divided in to the Account Types. For example


Assets, Liabilities, Expenses and Income.
And the Same Times We are maintain which fields are requirement
,which fields optional ,which fields are suppress. to creating the G/L
account.
Field status group is control which fields are requirement, which
fields optional, which fields
are suppress to
maintain the
particular G/L account. it is applicable at the time of G/L posting.
like F-02.

QUESTION 5:- What is Residual Payment and Part payment.


ANSWER:-

Residual payment: it clears the original invoice with incoming


payment & create new line item for balance payment.
Partial payment it leaves the original invoice & clears the incoming
payment original invoice & partial payment remain open.

QUESTION 6:- Why you use Asset Class ?


ANSWER:-

An asset class is the link between the asset master record and the
relevant GL account. Account determination in the asset class
enables you to post to the relevant GL account. Several asset class
can use same account determination provided all these asset class
use the same chart of account and post to the same GL account .

QUESTION 7:- I have Q in APP, scenario: I have a situation where a vendor has

two bank accounts. He preferred to make a payment of 1000Rs to


one account and 1000 Rs to another account. So how can we
configure in APP to make this payment for vendor?
ANSWER:-

make the changes in the payment propasal,where we can give the


house banks for available amounts in the house bank column enter
both the bank names and in available amounts enter the 1000
rupees for one house bank and another 1000 rupees for another
house bank and run the payment process.

QUESTION 8:- While running the F110 the payment method was not picking to

the payment, I assigned payment method to vendor master also,


even though it is not picking, please help out me
ANSWER:-

You check whether your payment terms is accessible to vendor


accounts. Go to T code OBB8 and select Account type Vendor and
then save it.

QUESTION 9:- advance down payment Rs.1000.now invoice received rs.3000.

how to settle the invoice amount through APP(f110).


ANSWER:-

At first Clear the Down Payment Amount through F-54 and then run
the APP in F110. System will only pay the remaining amount.
How to configure Credit limit to customer for Rs.10,00,000/( any amount limit )which is automatically restrict the amount not
more than 10. lakhs

Customer credit limit should be set in FD32.Credit limit, credit


horizon, credit limit for individual credit control area as well as
credit limit for all the credit control areas etc can be maintained in
FD32
