Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company(PIE) was established By Govt. of the Punjab
with Public Private partnership, to facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab.
PIEDMC invites bids for procurement of the following electrical material as per latest WAPDA specifications from the
WAPDA approved interested companies /firms.

The bidders must:

l Be registered body duly recognizable under the laws of Pakistan.
l Be registered with the FBR for income tax & sales tax.
l Not be blacklisted.
l Have sufficient financial, technical and human resource to complete the project within the prescribed time limit

of the finalization of the contract.

l Enclosed bid security amounting to 2% of the total cost of bid, which should be in form of CDR from a scheduled

bank.
l Submit the bid in accordance with the single stage-Two Envelop procedure of PPRA (Punjab ) Rules 2009,where

under the bid shall comprise, i ) A single Package duly sealed containing two separate envelop duly sealed. Each
envelop shall contains separately the FINANCIAL PROPOSAL& TECHNICAL PROPOSAL the envelop should
be marked as the FINANCIAL PROPOSAL& TECHNICAL PROPOSAL in bold and legible later to avoid
confusion.
l Submit its bids to CHIEF ENGINEER PIEDMC up to 17 Feb 2012.
The biding documents along with antecedent specification of the above mentioned material can be obtained form
CHIEF ENGINEER PIEDMC during the office hour from 1-8 Feb 2012, on payment of Rs.4000/- in shape of Bank Draft/
Pay order in favor of PIEDMC, the bid evaluation criteria is included in the bidding documents.
The procurement shall be made under Punjab procurement rules 2009 and the quantity of material may increase or
decrease at the time of final purchase order.
The qualified bidders will be informed after evaluation of technical proposals for the opening of financial
proposals accordingly.
Incomplete bids, defective bids and bids not confirming to the bidding documents shall be liable to rejection, the bids
received after due time & date shall be summarily rejected.
PIEDMC reserve unconditional rights to cancel the process at any stage and reject any or all bids without being liable
for any claim /compensation of any nature whatsoever.
