Theoretical calculation of pattern morphology evolution in thin elastic films, rest on substrate,

Analysis of effect of contact area, shape of pattern, roughness of pattern of substrate and magnitude of
force on morphology evolution is carried out.
A common parameter is defined for the work of deboning and verified by the theoretical
calculation of 3D geometry and with real type roughness of substrate.
