Launched hospice and achieved Medicare accreditation, developed and implemented
clinical, financial, P&L, operations and marketing plans, and policies/procedures.
Developed key partnerships in the community with local area agencies on aging, SNFs,
ALFs, ILFs, visiting physician groups, etc.
Implemented palliative care component for both home health and hospice.

Currently developing housecall physician program with an in home palliative care


component offering ancillary and care transition services, partnerships with PACE
centers, MPRO and geriatric care managers.

Previously served as CEO to the predecessor of Metro Care Services, Metro Home Health
Care, leading and managing four business units: skilled home care (certified), skilled home
care (non-certified), private duty (home care) and case management of auto injury cases
with combined annual revenue in excess of $9.0 Million with a work force of over 175 and
multi-offices.
Grew and exceeded the business and financial (P&L) objectives of the organization
