AMC will include all kinds of bugs, non functionality of any module, sms
issues, payment gateway issues, android/ios update related issues. It will
not include any enhancements or amendments to current application.

2. SSL Certificate (256-bit encrypted and secure) for 1 year
3. Payment Gateway Integrations with any third party pre decided

Mode of Payment:

1. Website development will be handled in two phases

a. Website + Mobile Site
b. Mobile Apps [Android + Iphone]
2. Phase (1): will have 4 sub payments.
a. 25% Advance
b. Next 25% After we finish with design , Domain set including ssl
hosting sms api emails.
c. Next 25% after we finish approximate 70% of development
d. Final 25% will be after Live Site.
3. Phase (2): Will have 3 sub payments
a. 30% Advance
b. Next 40% after GUI for Android and Iphone
c. Remaining 30% after you can download app from itune/playstore
and test it.
I have given this discount considering we are developing everything next to
next. We will consider previous quotation V1, in case of any change in
process.
We will do my best to deliver website + Mobile site before 7th
January and Mobile apps before10th February 2015.

Note:
1. Annual maintenance cost will be free for first three months from date
of delivery.

2. Domain cost and Hosting cost should be provided in advance to start

development work.
3. Domain and hosting if given in Development bundle will be valid for
one year. It needs to renew by Client every year.

Terms and Conditions

Design once confirmed will not be changed at any stage. However such
situation arises, then it will be charged separately.
All the content needs to be provided by the customer in a PDF or word
format, any copy writing for the contents will have additional charges.
For any kind of updating in the Website will charged you.
Commencement: The project would commence on formal acceptance
of the proposal, purchase order and receipt of advance payment.

Owner Responsibilities:
OWNER will provide all inputs required for the final site map and will
review and approve the requirement documents / design.
OWNER will provide all necessary clarifications related to the website
as and when requested by Techieweb Solutions.
OWNER will provide all the required contents and pictures like before
commencement of the project.

Techieweb Solutions Responsibilities

Techieweb Solutions will ensure that the project schedule is met with high
quality deliverables to Owner in agreed time and cost.
Techieweb Solutions would provide a single point of contact to coordinate all project related activities.
