Commission. Completed investigations by researching applicable case law, interviewing the parties, and
applying basic discovery tools such as serving official requests for information and interrogatories. Drafted and
issued preliminary decision letters to the relevant parties and composed final agency determination reports for
review and adoption of my ruling after consultation with the division administrator.
Successfully achieved 85% case closure rate for the assigned complaint investigations in a 3 month
period.
Personally drafted more than 200 initial complaints against Delaware companies for review and the
possible escalation of an investigation by the EEOC and DDOL.
