Total station , type wild TC 1010

Main Board : it contains the following buttons :


All : used to measure distance with recording
Dist : used to measure distance without recording
Dsp : to change display on screen ( see other data or change screen )
Prog : to select program type of the work (explained below )
Code* : to select the code type of the data
Cont: to continue
Menu : to enter the menu window ( explained below )
Esc : to escape from current window and go back
Rec : to save the measured data
NR : to select the numbering type
Example : Running = 1,2,3,4,etc or Individual = 1,3,5 etc or 2,4,6 etc
Rep : to repeat data measuring ( for check )
Enter : to enter the required number by key board
Stop : to stop the current operation
CE : to clear the entered number
ON : to switch on the instrument
OFF : to switch off the instrument
Menu : it contain the following windows :
Set : to enter the required information
1- HZo : making the Hz angle = 0
2- Eo , No : entering the east and north coordinates
3- Ho , Hi : entering the height of point and height of instrument
4- Hr : entering the height of reflector
5- Rem : write remark to the points
6- EDM : set EDM
Data : to edit the data
1- File NR : to select the required file number
2- View : to see the required file
3- Find : to find the required file
4- Format* : to format the required file
5- Erase : to delete the required file
Rec : to recording data
1- Select * : to select a specified mask for data recording
2- Define * : to edit a specified Rec. for data recording
3- Port *: to select the required port for data ( module or RS232)
4- File : to select the required file for data recording
Conf *: to select the configuration

1- Prog : to load or remove program for the work


2- Code : to load or remove code of data
3- Comm : to select standard or user comm
4- EDM : to select mode and power of EDM
5- Units : to change the units ( dist. , angle , p/t )
6- ON-OFF : to change the mode of on-off switch , key beep , etc
Test : to test the instrument
1- Batt/Temp : to test battery strength or temperature
2- Index* : to find or set new index error of the instrument
3- Colim* : to find or set new collimation error of the instrument
4- Display : to see display mode of the instrument
5- System* : to see system of the instrument ( 512k , memory found )
6- Signal* : to test signal of the instrument
7- Frequency* : to test and find wave frequency of the instrument
Program : it contain the following windows :
1- Free station : to work on free station mode :
Pt nr : to enter the points number.
hi : to enter the height of instrument
2- Coord input : to enter the coordinates of instrument point
Pt nr : to enter the points number.
E , N , H : to enter the east , north and height coordinates
3- Set station : to enter coordinates of instrument point from data or key board .
Pt nr : to enter the points number.
hi : to enter the height of instrument
Get cord > module or keyboard
4- Orientation : to enter the direction of north from specified point or bench mark.
5- Height trans* : to transfer the coordinates of instrument point from another point
Pt nr : to enter the points number.
hi : to enter the height of instrument
6- Tie distance* : to find the distance between any two points

7- Setting out : to set out known points on earth from their coordinates
8- Resection* : to resects a distance to two equal parts
