This specification is intended to inform the prospective home owners of the specifications of
the product to be delivered, to promote an aesthetically pleasing environment and to facilitate
low maintenance sustainable development. These specifications are based on longer term
considerations to support the home owners association in maintaining the village as a whole
in a prime condition to ensure an enjoyable living environment for all the occupants and so
compliment the ambiance and setting of Summerville Village.
Should any specified material or finish not be readily available at the required time, then the
closest readily available alternative product will be used by the Developer.

Kitchen units will be provided as per sample range, melamine with softline edges, to
manufacturers design.
Cupboard door handles to be matt chrome Whale handles.
Kitchen counters and cupboard units will have post formed Formica tops as per
sample range.
Kitchen to be fitted with Defy Slimline Solid Hob unit, Defy Slimline 600S (or similar
type unit) under counter oven and an Xpelair WX9 230 mm Wall Extractor fan.
Standard 75 x 20 mm primed and painted hardwood or lacquer painted supawood
skirtings will be fitted throughout except where tiling finished down to floor level.
