FRANCE RANKS NUMBER 1 IN CROSS BORDER TRADE

In the World Bank report "Doing Business 2016", published October 27, on the most attractive countries for business,
France ranks nr 27th out of 189 countries, just like last year.
However, over the past two years France has moved from place 38 to 27
France ranks 1/189 countries in cross border trade thanks to:
Dematerialization of import-export procedures
More rapid boarder crossings
Facilitation for export enterprises

FRENCH UNEMPLOYMENT IN CATEGORY A LOWEST

The number of jobseekers registered in category A to employment center fell sharply in September
- 23,800 France
- 24,700 France (Dom included)
The number has continued to decline 4 months in a row
Moreover, the number of jobseekers aged under 25 fell by 2,6%

FRANCE TLVISIONS PLANS LAUNCH OF A FRENCH

The new CEO of France Tlvisions, Delphine Ernotte, announced on Wednesday the planned launch of a new
broadcasting platform in France

About the project:

France Tlvisions and Radio France will pilot the project in 2016
Start on the Internet before a hypothetical terrestrial broadcasting
The platform will be dedicated to French creations
Both free and payment versions of the service
Will compete with companies like Netflix, Youtube and Amazon

The platform is a strategy to reinvigorate public television, reach

zero-deficit of the group and preserve French cultural creations

The conference gathered French and German Head of States and aimed to accelerate digital transformation in Europe
The National Digital Council (CNNum) and its German counterpart (BJDW) presented an action plan to Emmanuel
