Specificatii
Lucrari
Lucrarile de pregatire a terenului unde va fi amplasata sera este responsabiltatea

cumparatatorului, de asemenea este obligatia cumparatorului sa obtina toate
autorizatiile necesare pentru constructia serei. Lucrarile includ nivelarea solului,
canalizare si deversare centrala, reteaua elecrica, reteaua de comunicatie, lucrari de
terasament si sapaturi, betonari, drumurietc., in functie de suprafata serei. Cu toate
acestea, aceste lucrari vor fi efecutate in colaborare si in coordinare cu firma
BRINKMAN.
Caldirea de deservire nu este inclusa in oferta noastra, si va fi construita de catre
comparator cu sfatul firmei Brinkman. In caldirea de deservire sunt amplasate
instalatiile de baza cum ar fii panoul de energie perincipal, computerul, utilaj(ele) de
irigare, bazinele de fertilizare etc. De asemenea in cladirea de deservire vor fi
efectuate pregatirile productiei pentru comert (selectare, impachetare etc). Cladirea
de deservire va fi construita in plan local pe cheltuiala cumparatorului. Este
recomandat sa se construiasca cladirea de deservire folosind materiale
interstratificate care asigura o izolare buna. Cumparatorul trebiue sa finalizeze
constructia cladirii de deservire inainte de inceperea lucrarilor pentru fundatie a serei
si sosirea materialelor de constructie a serei.
Brinkman va furniza un aranjament de baza al caldirii de deservire, indicand spatiul si
dimensiunile necesare, de asemenea locul fiecarei instalatii din spatial de deserviere,
in timp si in functie de desfasurare proiectului.
Toate planurile si conexiunile sistemelor sunt bazate pe aranjamentul proiectului
general. Orice schimbari facute in aranjament de catre comparator, fara o discutie
anterioara sau un accord comun intre Brinkman si comparator, nu va fi acceptat,
datorita faputlui ca, asemenea schimbari, pot adduce schimbari in proiect si
materialele necesare, ce poate conduce la cheltuielei suplimentare

Suprafata trebiue sa fie plata, fara inclinatii, fara obstacole cum ar fi stalpi, put de apa
sau alte constructii. Terenul sa nu contina tevi subterane sau pietre.
Lucrari de fundatie
Lucrarile de fundatie vor fi executate de catre comparator. Toate materialele pentru
lucrarile de fundatie vor fi livrate de catre cumparator in plan local. Oricum Brinkman
va livra tevile din PVC necesare, adaugand suruburile si piulitele necesare pentru
fixarea partilor de otel pe fundatie.
Brinkman va prezenta desenul tehnic necesar
pentru fundatie, in adugarea unei liste a
materialelor necesare pentru lucrarile de fundatie,
dupa semnarea contractului de intelegere&
primirea platii in avans.
Lista va contine:
Materialele necesare cum ar fi fier beton,
cofraj, ciment etc.
Unelte cum ar fi ciocane, piroane, franghi pentru constructii, instrumente de
controletc. Utilaje cum ar fi utilaj pentru nivelari, utilaj pentru sapaturi etc.
Salahori si lucratori profesionisti necesari pentru lucrarile de fundatie.
Cumparatorul sa furnizeze aceste materiale la timp la cererea Brinkman, care va
prezenta un orar potrivit necesar pentru finalizarea lucrarilor de funndatie, bazat pe
cele mai bune cunostinte si cea mai buna experienta in constructia proiectelor
horticole. Pe perioada realizarii lucrarilor de fundatie va fi prezent un supraveghetor
al firmei Brinkman, pentru a supraveghea si controla lucrarile de fundatie.
Cumparatorul sa asigure si sa furnizeze teste care dovedesc ca pamantul tolereaza o
capacitate purtatoare (sustinatoare) de cel putin 1,2 Kg/cm. Mai mult, nivelul apei
subterane nu are voie sa depaseasca nivelul de 1,5 m sub nivelul suprafetei. In cazul
in care suprafata serei are nevoie de anumite canale de scuregere pentru a
indeparta nivelul excesiv al apei subterane, Brinkman va acorda cu placere sfatul
potrivit bazat pe experienta olandeza in acest domeniu.

Streasinile au scurgerile pe doua parti ale serei, apa de ploaie este colectata in
interiorul peretelui frontal dotat cu un asa-zis teava de scurgere , interiorul tevi de
scurgere este acoperit cu un invelis de stresini din mastic negru si este eliminata
pana la 200 mm peste inaltimea fundatiei si trimisa mai departe cu ajutorul unei tevi
scurte cu diametrul de 82 mm cu un inel PVC pentru conectia cu o teava de scurgere
cu diametrul de 110mm dupa fundatie. Restul materialelor din PVC pentru scurgerea
si distributia apei spre colt nu sunt calculate in estimatia noastra.
STRESINI PENTRU CONDENS:

Sub stresinile ACS se afla stresini semirotunde din aluminiu de acolectare a
picaturilor de condensare, completate cu tevi de scurgere si arcuri de suspensie
colectate intr-o teava de aluminiu pe peretele frontal, cu diametrul de 50 mm, cu
instalatii de conexiune si cateodata la nivelul fundatiei.

Pe peretii frontali vor fi situate prorele pentru cultura facute din otel solid rasucit de 12
mm cu o curba de cel putin 270 mm si maxim 1.000 mm sub strasina , prorele
culturii sunt mobile, cu placi montabile, in coltul peretilor frontali ai serei vor fi extra

Peretele frontal si prorele cultura sunt calculate pentru conexiunea sarmelor cultura
facute din otel solid, numarul 10, (rotund 3,14 mm) cu o forta de tragere de 2.174 N,
distanta sarmei este 800 mm, sarmele trebuie suspendate intre grinda grilatala cel
putin 180 mm sub grinda.

Intregul acoperis este protejat importiva furtunii cu carlige de intarire a stresinii si

suportii crestei.
MECANISMUL VENTILATIEI:
Sistemul pe sine al mecanismului ventilatie cu bare de

impingere din aluminiu pe fiecare geam de ventilatie,
lungimea si grosimea barelor de impingere in functie de
calculele NEN 3859 a doua editie. Barele de impingere

The glasshouse is designed for growing of CUCUMBER. The design is based on having
total control of irrigation and fertilization per compartment. The drip irrigation is designed
for growing on substrate and is based on the following:
Water source
The water source for the glasshouse is based on stable water quality such as
underground water. The water should be suitable for horticultural. Brinkman will provide a
water analysis test at start of the project in order to detect the exact minerals available in
water. Based on the result of this analysis, the substrate, and the crop, Brinkman will
provide nutrient recipes for the growing. In case water is not suitable Brinkman will
provide an additional offer for the necessary installation for water treatment. Water source
should be at supply rate of 50 m3/day/ha. The source of this water source should be
stable.

Vocom fertigation computerized system
The Vocom is a very complete fertilizer dosing unit which is known for its soundness and
long life cycle. The Vocom consists of a frame with a mixing tank, stainless steel pumps
and filers mounted on it. The unit brings the feed water to the correct EC and pH values
and occasionally filters the water. The Vocom uses so-called AB tanks in which solid or
liquid fertilizers are dissolved. The operation can be combined with that of the climate
control by means of the advance Intgro process computer.

Drain collection system

Remaining of drain water in the greenhouse is a major
source for diseases and pests, which originate as
damping starts in the greenhouse. For this reason it is
very necessary to install drain water collection system.

Main power source

Main power source from the transformer to the main power panel with all related

Heating system
Heating system design is based on Tichelmann principle based on hot water as a

heating source. Boiler will heat the water under a pressure of approximately 1 bar.
The water is circulating in the glasshouse via supply and return tube rail and crop
heating pipes. Water runs through the heating pipes at a certain flow to maintain
homogeneous heat distribution, resulting in a maximum temperature difference
between supply and return tube rail heating pipes of 20C. The system is calculated
on the basis of temperature difference between outside and inside the glasshouse of
35C.

Boiler and burner installations are included in our offer. The boiler and burner

Irrigation system
The glasshouse is designed for growing of CUCUMBER. The design is based on

The water source for the glasshouse is based on stable water quality such as
underground water. The water should be suitable for horticultural. Brinkman will
provide a water analysis test at start of the project in order to detect the exact
minerals available in water. Based on the result of this analysis, the substrate, and
the crop, Brinkman will provide nutrient recipes for the growing. In case water is not

The Vocom is a very complete fertilizer dosing unit which is known for its soundness
and long life cycle. The Vocom consists of a frame with a mixing tank, stainless steel

Main power source

Main power source from the transformer to the main power panel with all related
necessary accessories such as cables, safety switches, ducts etc. is the
responsibility of the purchaser. The main power supply necessary for running the
project electrical installations is 100 KWA taking in consideration all installations
included in the glasshouse excluding additional power needed by purchaser.
Circuit breakers of 400 V. and 230 V. in addition to differential switch that provide

Cable ducts
All cables in service building and in the glasshouse will be extended via a
proper electrical ducts and galvanized wires with spanners. This includes
necessary:
Cables ducts of 12 20 cm. width 1 mm. thickness.
In total around 560 m. cable ducts will be delivered
Cables ducts accessories such as down pieces, elbows, bolts and
nuts, and caps.
Cables ducts necessary connection materials.
Galvanized wires with spanners.
The cable ducts are based on the fact that service building is not far than 10 m. from
the glasshouse.
Cable network
All necessary cables from the main distribution panel to all other panels, motors, and
systems in the glasshouse, those are delivered by Royal Brinkman are include in our
offer. In addition to the related necessary electric accessories and connection
materials. All are delivered according to the Dutch standards suitable for glasshouse
projects. Cables to be supplied are of high quality especially for use in glasshouses
according to Dutch standards. The cables would be among the following types:
XmvK cross section 1,5-2,5 mm. 2-5 cores.
YmVK cross section 4-25 mm. 5 cores.
Low voltage cables cross section 0,8 mm. 2-24 cores.
Lighting
Royal Brinkman will deliver TL lamps water tight quality including
necessary electric connection materials for lighting in walkways in the
glasshouse. Purchaser to arrange lighting for installation, service, and
office are in the service building.
Electric connection accessories
All accessories for connecting the installation safely according to Dutch glasshouse
standards are included in our offer. Such as connection box, stub, wall cable ducts,
connection clamps, Ty wraps .etc.

Royal Brinkman va furniza si instala cel mai recent model si versiune
a controlului climei din sere. Acest sistem este caracterizat printr-o
functionare usoara, supraveghere usoara per compartiment si in
universalitate.
Sistemul verifica controalele si dirijeaza toate instalatiile din srea,
