2.1 Company:
Motorola Mobility is an American telecommunications equipment corporation
headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It was formerly Motorola's cellular phone
division, which was called the Personal Communication Sector PCS prior to 2004.
It pioneered the flip phone with the StarTAC in the mid-1990s. Motorola had a
commanding lead in the analog cellphone market, but it was slow to
embrace digital technology. By the turn of the 21st century, it produced another
successful product, the Razr, a very thin flip phone. Most recently, it has
produced smartphones and tablets using Google'sAndroid operating system. The
division also handled the production of cable modems and set-top boxes for digital
cableand satellite television services. On January 4, 2011, Motorola's mobile
device and set-top box division was spun off into a separate company as Motorola
Mobility, while the remainder of the company was renamed Motorola Solutions.

HISTORY:
On January 4, 2011, Motorola Inc. was split into two publicly traded
companies; Motorola Solutions took on the company's enterprise-oriented
business units, while the consumer divisions were spun off to form Motorola
Mobility.
On August 15, 2011, Google announced that it would acquire Motorola Mobility for
$12.5 billion, pending regulatory approval. Critics viewed Google as being a white
knight, since Motorola had recently had a fifth straight quarter of losses. Google
planned to operate Motorola as an independent company. In a post on the
company's blog, Google CEO and co-founder Larry Page revealed that Google's
acquisition of Motorola Mobility was a strategic move to strengthen Google's
patent portfolio; at the time, the company had 17,000 patents, with 7,500 more
patents pending. The expanded portfolio was to defend the viability of

its Android operating system, which had been the subject of numerous patent
infringement lawsuits between device vendors and other companies such as Apple
Inc., Microsoft and Oracle Corporation.
On November 17, 2011, Motorola announced that its shareholders voted in favor of
the company's acquisition by Google Inc. for $12.5 billion, receiving approval from
the United States Department of Justice and the EU on February 13, 2012. The
deal received subsequent approval from Chinese authorities and was completed
on May 22, 2012. Alongside the completion of the acquisition, Motorola Mobility's
CEOS anjay Jha was replaced by Dennis Woodside, a former Senior Vice
President at Google and on August 13, 2012, Google announced that it would cut
4,000 employees and close one third of the company's locations, mostly outside
the United States.
On December 2012, it was announced that Arris Group would purchase Motorola
Mobility's cable modem and set-top box business for $2.35 billion in a cash-andstock transaction 2 years later, following the departure of Woodside, lead product
developer Rick Osterloh was named the new president of Motorola
On January 29, 2014, Google announced it would sell Motorola Mobility to the
Chinese technology firm Lenovo for US$2.91 billion in a cash-and-stock deal,
pending regulatory approval. Google will retain the Advanced Technologies &
Projects unit (which will be reintegrated into the main Android team) and all but
2000 of the company's patents. Lenovo had prominently disclosed its intent to
enter the U.S. smartphone market, and had previously expressed interest in
acquiring BlackBerry, but was reportedly blocked by the Canadian government due
to national security concerns. Lenovo's CEO Yang Yuanqing stated that "the
acquisition of such an iconic brand, innovative product portfolio and incredibly
talented global team will immediately make Lenovo a strong global competitor in
smartphones".

The Motorola RAZR D3 is an Android smartphone with 4-inch

screen, dual-core processor at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of
internal storage and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with at least a
guaranteed upgrade.

The Motorola Moto X is the first smartphone from Motorola

under the supervision of Google. The Moto X poses a
different game, with customization options in both color
and materials used, as well as intelligent features that
allow it to separate it from the race for the best hardware,
as its architecture X8 attention to contextual and 10
megapixels camera Clearpixel for clarity of photos. The
Moto X has a 720p AMOLED 4.7 inch, dual-core processor

2.3 Label, Package and Packing

Labeling, Marking and Coding, The marking or labeling of packaging
products helps identify facilitating handling and location at the time to be
monitored. It is done by direct printing, adhesive labels, stickers or hand
calligraphy in a visible side of the package. For a useful application of the
marking should take into account the following aspects using as a reference
the ISO 7000:
Common name of the product and variety.
Size and product classification: Specifying number of parts by weight
or number of pieces in packaging was determined.
Quantity: Net Weight, Number of packages or units and individual
weight.
Quality specifications: In the event that the product is classified in
different versions.
Country of origin.
Brand name with logo.
Name and address of the packer.

 Pictograms Used Internationally (ISO 780:1983)

Developed by ISO (ISO 780:1983) as a set of symbols used for marking items for
transport (except dangerous goods). This will solve the problems caused by the
difference of languages and illiteracy. The symbols must be painted in black on a
light background (preferably white). The total size of the marks should be 10 cm.,
15 cm. or 20 cm. unless the pieces are smaller for marking.

Were going to share more videos of our products in Youtube, also were going to
create all the social networks, so the people can see what we offer and the benefits
of the Motorola phones also were going to put an advertisement on Television that
will cost us 1000 dollars per 60 seconds.

program, allowing us to automatically publish our report on the
different web sites or pages, and pay only for clicks that people make
in it.

CAMPO

CONTENIDO

1.- Cdigo de barras.

Se imprimir en este espacio el cdigo de barras bidimensional mismo que se deber

generar mediante programa de cmputo que proporciona el SAT.

2.- Nmero de pedimento.

El nmero asignado por el agente, apoderado aduanal o apoderado de almacn,

integrado por quince dgitos, que corresponden a:

dgitos, del ao de validacin;

dgitos, de la aduana de despacho;

dgitos, del nmero de la patente o autorizacin otorgada por la AGA al agente o

apoderado aduanal, apoderado de almacn que promueve el despacho. Cuando
este nmero sea menor a cuatro dgitos, se debern anteponer los ceros que fueren
necesarios para completar 4 dgitos;

dgitos, los cuales sern de numeracin progresiva por aduana, en la que se

encuentren autorizados para el despacho, asignada por cada agente, apoderado
aduanal o apoderado de almacn, referido a todos los tipos de pedimento,
empezando cada ao con el numero 0000001.

NOTA:

Entre cada uno de estos datos, se debern conservar dos espacios en blanco.

3.- Datos del vehculo.

Se anotarn los datos de identificacin del vehculo que transporta la mercanca, como
son: modelo, nmero de placas de circulacin y nmero de serie.

4.- Candados oficiales.

Se anotarn los nmeros de candados oficiales con los que se aseguran las puertas de
acceso al vehculo, cuando proceda.

5.- Contenedores.

Se anotar el nmero de contenedor o remolque, cuando proceda. Tratndose de

operaciones por aduanas de la Frontera Norte y Sur y el medio de transporte es
Ferrocarril se deber declarar el nmero de identificacin del equipo ferroviario o nmero
de contenedor.

6.- Tipo de mercanca.

Se anotar la descripcin de las mercancas, naturaleza y caractersticas necesarias y

suficientes para determinar su clasificacin arancelaria.

7.- Cantidad en Unidad de Se anotar la cantidad de mercancas en unidades de comercializacin, de acuerdo a lo
