CL of pile

1. All dimensions are in millimeters and levels are in meters unless otherwise specified
2. All concrete grade shall be machine mixed and machine vibrated
3. Concrete grade for pilecap, footing, tie beam, pedestal & columns K300
4. Reinforcement shall be SD 40, Yield Point 390 N/mm2 for Deformed Bar &
235 N/mm2 for Plain bar
5. Clear cover to main reinforcement for RC members shall be as below
a) Pilecap = 60mm b) Foundation = 50mm (Bottom & Sides)
c) Columns, Pedestals = 50mm d) Beam = 40mm
6. Follow only written dimensions, do not measure dimensions
7. Layout dimension to be checked with arch. / Vender dwg if any ambiguity
is there, contact engineer in-charge prior to proceed
8. Maximum load carrying capacity of pile: ( LRFD approach )
b) Horizontal = 94KN
9. Compaction of earth below foundation / grade slab shall be up to 95%proctor density.
10. Inside filling and outside filling upto FGL shall be done simultaneously
11. For layout and exact location of brick wall refer arch.drg.
