Thanks a lot for your verbal inquire for piping Fabrication and other work-at E.T. plant, New Filtration
plant and Black liquor plant, Here is the Budgetary Estimate as.
Scooe of Work at E.T, plant, New Filtration plant and Black liouor plant:

A. lnstallation of 2" pipe line at Black liquor plant:

1. Shifting Material of 2" pipe line from store to Black liquor plant.
2. Removing of old 2" pipe line from sludge pump to last arriation tank.
3. Fabricate new 2" pipe line for sludge pump to last arriation tank.
4. lnstallation of 2" pipe line from sludge pumps to last arriation tank.
5. Do welding work in 2" pipe line such as taffit and flange welding.
6. To fitted 2" gate valve in 2" pipe line for all arriation tank.
7. Making support for 2" pipe line.
8. Making clamp for 2" pipe line.
9. Fitted 2" pipe line on both sludge pump.
10. Welding machine, welding electrode and gas cutter in contractor scope.
11. All material will be provided by S.P.M.
All above work our labor Rate with tools & tackle & consumable items: 8000.00
B. lnstallation of 6" pipe line at E'T' plant Near Thickener No. 2:
1. Shifting Material of 6" pipe line from store to E'T. Plant.

2. Removing of old 5" pipe line thickener no.2 to screw pump house in 50 feet length.
3. Fabricate new 5" pipe line for thickener no.2 to screw pump hose in 50 feet length.
4. lnstallation of 6" thickener no.2 to screw pump hose in 50 feet length.
5. Do welding work in 6" pipe line such as taffit and flange welding.
6. To fitted 6" gate valve in 6" pipe line.
7. Making support for 6" pipe line.
8. Making clamp for 6" pipe line.
Connected 6" pipe line in Sump pump no.4 delivery line'

with 2" header.
5. Do welding work in 3/4" S.S. pipe line such as taffit and flange welding.
6. To fitted 3/4" PVC ball valve in 3/4" S.S. pipe line for all PAC tank.
7. tnstallation of cable trench for support of 3/4" S.S. pipeline from PAC tank to flux mixer chamber in length
150 feet
8. Making support for cable trench.
9. Making clamp for 3/4" pipe line.
9. Fitted controlling valve of 3/4" near flux mixer chamber in 3/4" pipe line for dossing of PAC chemical in
flux mixer chamber.
