Introduction
The objective of this document is to provide Dispatch Users with a list of all keyboard shortcuts
which will allow for quicker usage of the iCabbi system from the dispatch screen.
A copy of this document and all other release documentation is available in the iCabbi Support
forum (https://coolnagourtaicabbi.zendesk.com/home ). Any queries re the latest release should
be submitted via support@icabbi.com
This list will be continuously updated and will be available to view in the Zendesk forum post or
downloadable word doc for printing.

Operator Screen

2.1 Customize + tab cycling

Shift + up

Removes the booking form. Condenses the

operator screen to show more bookings. To
reset press (shift + up) two more times.

Shift + up (twice)

Removes the booking form. Condenses the

operator screen to show maximum amount of
bookings before scrolling is needed. (To reset
press (shift + up) again.

Shift + down

Cycles through Parking / Overview / Map tabs

Shift + left or right

Cycle through the Dispatch tabs

Shift + space

Select First booking in the booking list below

2.2 Booking Form

Alt + left

Move date one day forward

Alt + right

Move date one day back

Alt + up

Increase time by 5 mins

Alt + down

Decrease time by 5 mins

Alt on the account field after account is entered

Shows account validations.

Freetype address + Alt

Set zone GPS for free-typed entries.

Enabled / Disabled by Address Picker setting

2.6 Keyword searching

Driver number

Centres map on driver and shows snail trail of

movement. Filters all booking tabs by the
drivers number.

b = Will process a "Back to base" action for the

current job the driver is on.

Will call the customer from dispatch.

Driver number + d

Will call the driver (please note phone

integration with PBX is required)
Setup is a chargeable service.

iCabbi Dispatch Shortcuts

Z+(zone name)

Filters all booking tabs by this zone name

Phone number

Filters all booking tabs by these digits existing

together anywhere in the phone number.

(Minimum of any four consecutive digits)

E.g. 2345 will return bookings with numbers

2345, .2345 or 2345 anywhere in the
phone number
Customer name

Filter any bookings by customer name.

(Minimum of two consecutive letters)

Applies for to Via segments also.
