INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Assembline vour 80% Universal Milline Jie:

-First attach your (2) side plates (figure 1-1 and figure 1-2). Use the (2) bolts provided (Figure 1-4), the
(1)washers (Figure 1-6) and the (1) t/2-13 bolt provide (Figure 1-7) attach them loosely. *Please refer to
special note below*
-Once the side plates are loosely attached, attach the Top Plate (Figure 1-3) with the (4) bolts provided
(Figure 1-5) and tighten them snug. Once the Top Plate is snug finish tightening the Side Plates (Figure 11 and 1-2).

*Special Note: Figure 1-6 has 1 washer. The washer goes on the back side under the buttstock. Failure

to make sure you have the washer attached may cause damage or incorrect drilling of your 80% Lower
Receiver and your Jig*

2.

Milline of vour 80% Lower Receiver:

-First thing you want to make sure is when you start this process, ensure that you use the correct Side
Plate when drilling the safety selector, trigger pin, and hammer pin holes (Figure 1-1 for AR15 and Figure

L-2forAR10). lfyouusethewrongSidePlateyoursafetyselector,triggerpinandhammerpinwillbe
incorrect. Each Side Plate is engraved with its own identifying mark. Once you have properly ensured
the plates and hardware are in the correct locations you can begin the milling process of your 80%
Lower Receiver.
-Each end user will have different milling capabilities (CNC, drill press, hand drill, Router etc...) so there is

no one specific way to use our 80% Lower Receiver Jig. Below is our suggested tooling and steps to
finish your M1 80% Lower Receiver. These are merely suggestions, as each person will have access to

different equipment. We have included links to our sponsored tool suppliers to make ordering tools less
complicated and easier for our end users.

Susgested Sequential Process for Trigser Pocket:

to remove the majority of material in the trigger pocket. Pre drilling will assist and
ease the milling process for the 3/8 2 flute end mill in the next step, Be sure to reference Figure 1-3, 1-7,
and !.-8 for depths of cut. Drill from top of Top Plate as failure to do so will cause you to drill too deep
-Use the 3/8 drill bit

possibly destroying your Lower Receiver.

-Once drilling is complete use the 3/8 2 flute end mill to finish the pocket to give you a straight clean

finish.
-Attach

thet/4

2 flute end mill, and reference Figure 1-3 fordepths of cut. With the pocket being milled

out in the previous step this will make milling the trigger pocket easier and faster to complete.
-You now have a fully milled Trigger pocket, and we can move on to the safety selector, trigger pin and

hammer pin holes.

Suggested Sequential Process for Safety Selector, Trigger Pin and Hammer Pin holes:

to drill the correct hole indicated on Figure 1-1 and 1-2 (please ensure to use the
proper plate for drilling based on the lower receiver you are milling out). Use the Figure models for

-Attach the 5/32 drill bit to drill the correct hole indicated on Figure 1-1 and 1-2 (please ensure to use
the proper plate for drilling based on the lower receiver you are milling out). Use the Figure models for
depths of cut.
-You have just completed your DIY built 80% Lower Receiver from M1 Machining!
