ServiceDescription

Theserviceincludesregistrationandactivationofuser'saccountintheportalof
the Ministry of Interior, which contains eservices to perform a variety of
transactionsthroughit.
Alsotheservicewillsend"Notification"SMSmessagestothesubscriber'smobile
number related to personal documents and transactions for the subscriber, his
dependants,expatemployees,orvehicles,basedontheinformationavailablein
theMinistryofInterior(MOI)systems.
(Eg.:notificationofforthcomingexpiryofdriver'slicense,changeofoccupation,
arrivalofdependanttothecountry...)
The service allows subscribers to use SMS from the registered mobile device to
execute some "interactive" services for himself, his dependants, expat
employees,orvehiclesasperMOIregulations.
(Eg .: update address, request dependant travel permit, request Exit / Reentry
VISAforexpatemployee...).
TheservicepermitsthesubscribertoreceiveawarenessmessagesfromMOI.
The service permits the subscriber to subscribe to other electronic services
providedbyMOI.
The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic services
providedbyothersectorsusingMOIauthenticationservices.
The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic services in
addition to receiving awareness and media messages from MOI approved
parties.
Subscriber'sObligations

SubscriberisfullyresponsibleforallrequestsperformedusingMOIportalorthe
mobilenumberregisteredinthisform.
Subscriber must notify MOI or suspend the subscription if his mobile number
changesoranycontactinformationprovidedinthisformischanged.
Subscriber is fully responsible for services provided through this subscription
based on information provided in this form. MOI shall not be liable for errors
resultingfromuseofincorrectlyprovidedinformation.
InformationPrivacy&Confidentiality

Information sent through this service to the MOI portal or a specified phone
numbermaybeofaprivatenature.
Thesubscriberisresponsibleforsafeguardingtheprivateinformationsenttohis
mobilenumber.
Ifsubscriber'smobilenumberchangesoritisstolen,thesubscribermustinform
MOIbycallingthesupportnumberindicatedbelow.
Subscriber shall be responsible for leak of information sent to the registered
mobilenumberifhefailstoinformMOItostoptheservice.
GeneralConditions

MOI will not be responsible for any issues resulting from errors or unupdated
information. Subscriber should visit relevant departments to update the
information.
MOIwillnotberesponsibleforanylosses(directorindirect)thatmayresultdue
todeliveryoftheservice.
Subscriptionwillnotbeapproveduntilsubscriptionformiscompletedandsigned
bysubscribersconfirmingacceptanceofservicetermsandconditions.
MOI reserves the right to reject any subscription request without indicating the
reason.
MOI reserves the right to add or change subscription terms and will notify the
subscriber through his mobile phone where he may accept changes /
modificationsorrequesttoendsubscription.
MOI reserves the right to temporarily stop the service as necessary for
maintenance,development,orenhancementpurposes.
MOIwillnotbeheldresponsibleforanydelayinSMSdelivery.
SubscriberagreestoreceivenotificationSMStriggeredbyeventsoccurringany
timeduringthe24hours.

MinistryoftheInterior,whichcontainelectronicservicesfortheimplementationof
manyofthetransactionsthroughit.
Andtheserviceincludessendingshorttextmessages"alerts"onthemobilephone
subscriberinformationaboutthepersonaldocumentsanditsownoperationsorstaff
(nonSaudi)oritsaffiliatesoritscompounds,accordingtoinformationavailableto
theMinistryofInteriorregulations.Example:Neartheendofthelicense,and
continuedaccesstotheairport,toamendtheprofession...
ServiceallowssubscribersusingSMStextmessagesfromthemobilephoneto
carryoutsomeoperations"interactive"itsownorhisstafforhisfollowersorits
compounds,accordingtotheInteriorMinistryregulations.Example:Updatethetitle,
requestpermissiontotravelcontinued,exitandreturnvisatoanemployeerequest

ItenablesthejointserviceofreceptionawarenessmessagesfromtheInterior
Ministry.
Serviceallowsthesubscribertoparticipateinotherelectronicservicesprovidedby
theMinistryofInterior.
Itenablesthejointservicetotakeadvantageofelectronicservicestoothersectors
ofthepersonalauthenticationInteriorMinistrybasedsystems.
Jointserviceenablesaccesstootherelectronicservicesaswellasreceptionand
mediaawarenessmessagesonhismobiledeviceviaviewsadoptedbytheInterior
Ministry.
Jointcommitments
Jointassumesallresponsibilityfortheimplementationofallservicerequests
issuedfromhisaccountintheelectronicgateandmobilephoneregisteredinthis
model.
JointcommittedtoinformtheMinistryoftheInteriororrequesttostoptheservice
incaseofchangingthephonenumberormeansofcommunicationmentionedinthis
model.
Bearjointresponsibilityfortheimplementationoftheservicebasedonthedata
providedinthisformdoesnotbeartheInteriorMinistryasaresultofanyerrorin
thisdata.
Privacyandconfidentialityofinformation
Theserviceincludessendinginformationthatmaybeofapersonalnatureaprivate
subscriber,itissentthroughtheportalormobilephoneregisteredtoparticipatein
themodel.
Bearjointresponsibilityformaintainingpersonaldataordatasenttothemobile
phone.
MustinformthesubscriberandtheInteriorMinistryintheeventofachangemobile
phonenumberorstolen,andthatthetechnicalsupportnumberbelow.
Coresponsibleforthedatasenttothemobilephoneregisteredintheformof
leakageintheeventoffailuretoreporttostoptheservice.
GeneralTerms
TheInteriorMinistrydoesnotassumeresponsibilityforanyproblemscausedbyan
errorordoesnotupdatetheinformation,andonthejointreviewofthecompetent
authoritytoupdatetheinformation.
TheInteriorMinistrydoesnotassumeanyliabilityforanyloss(directorindirect)
mayfallasaresultoftheimplementationofthejointservice.
Itdoesnotsubscribetotheadoptiononlyafterthecompletionofthedataintheform
andsignaconsentafterreadingthetermsandconditionstherein.
TheMinistryofInteriortorejectanyOrderwithoutgivingreasons.
InteriorMinistryreservestherighttoaddorchangeanyoftheconditionsof
participation,itwilljointtheInteriorMinistrytonotifyitonhismobilewhereitcan
acceptthetermsorterminationrequest.

ThesubscriptionremainseffectiveuntilitisterminatedbyeithertheSubscriberor
MOI.
Both, Subscriber and MOI have the right to end the subscription at any time
withoutshowingcause.
MOIhastherighttocancelthesubscriptioniftheSubscriberusestheservicefor
other than its intended purposes, or if Subscriber violates the terms and
conditionsofthisserviceoranyrelatedservices.
MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if subscription form is filled
incorrectly.
MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if required to do so by legal
authority.
MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if Subscriber does not accept
changestoserviceconditions.
MOIhastherighttocancelthesubscriptionincasesofforcemajeure.

systemisintheallottedpurpose,orbreachofoneofthetermsandconditionsof
useoftheserviceorotherrelatedservices.
InteriorMinistrytherighttoterminateparticipationintheeventofthediscoveryof
thelackofdataprovidedbythejointhealth.
InteriorMinistrytherighttoterminateparticipationinthecaseaskedthecompetent
authoritiesshutdowntheserviceforthesubscriber.
InteriorMinistrytherighttoterminateparticipationintheabsenceofcommon
acceptanceofanychangetothetermsoftheagreement.
InteriorMinistrytherighttoterminateparticipationinthecaseofforcemajeure.

IagreetotheregistrationintheelectronicservicesoftheMinistryofthe
Interior,acknowledgedBatalaiandObeyalltermsandconditions
detailedinthismodel,asIpledgetoallthedatapresentedinthisform
arecorrectpersonaldataandmysignatureontheformapproved
