Your Excellency:
I thought it would be proper to copy you on these most important letters below, addressed to His
Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI and Vatican Ambassador to the U.S. and Apostolic Nuncio,
Archbishop Pietro Sambi, et al, which outlines the actions of four (4) bishops including you, sir,
who were instrumental in ruining the life of seminarian Philip Hower, with Nashville Bishop
David Choby continuing what Bishops Keeler, Moreno and yourself did, and being the latest to
throw Philip Hower away like garbage. After the wasting at least $150,000 on his priestly
studies, he was crucified for blowing the whistle on corruption within, when he was only hands
and words away from being a priest. What a vulgar and hideous unholy contradiction by the holy
fathers of the Church.

A magnificent and revealing writing of sworn truths by Ivan Safyan Abrams and Philip Hower in
2004 and filed in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, was a true masterpiece of which you are
well aware, naming many, including yourself and Bishop Moreno, in a continuance of
wrongdoing toward Philip Hower in his attempts to make known the depravity, the corruption,
the secret sexual lives of certain religious figures in your diocese as well as evidence of
others amounting to over sixty (60) names of individuals "who have participated with and
assisted... in the commission, perpetraton, and concealment of the wrongs" against Phil Hower
and others. You and Bishop Moreno thought you quashed the truth. But we know of the Stencils,
Ziemanns, Trupias, Barmasses, Guillens, Troutmans, etc.

Perhaps you and bishop Moreno, who was said to be "one of the nine worst bishops in the
country," believed it would all go away with the measly settlement to Mr. Hower, which, in
effect, is a well known tactic among highly paid attorneys such as yours, to bankrupt the
complainer with endless delays and extra unnecessary hearings, postponements, depositions, etc.
and settle to prevent the real truth from coming out at trial. What is unbelievable is that you and
Bishop Moreno invoked claims that God had communicated with you both on the matter, a
fabrication and defamation of God's name.

These actions have been detailed briefly below for the Pope and the Nuncio to read for
themselves. Therefore, the end of the story of Philip Hower's banishment from being a priest is
yet to be written. You sir, could provide a happy ending and reverse the planned destruction of
Philip Hower.
