PV-Industrial are intended for using in heating systems of mid-sized industrial

or municipal buildings. These burners are designed to work with flue/
fire-tube type oil or gas boilers.
The unique construction of PV-Industrial pellet burners guarantees the quality
of the burning process and a long service life. These pellet burners are fully
automatic and need only periodic maintenance. The burning chamber made
of heat resistant cast-ceramic tiles ensures extra clean burning (CO content
lower than 80 ppm).
The cleaning of the burning chamber is automatic which means that pellets
with lower quality and high ash content can be used as well.
The controller of the burner is incorporated on the burner body. It controls the
pellet in-feed according to the required capacity as well as the speed of the
primary, secondary and flue gas fan. The output capacity of the burner is
chosen automatically according to heating load.
Additional sensor of standard industrial type (Pt100/MODBUS) can be
connected for detailed control.

Note:
- We recommend that high capacity burners will be fed with 8mm diameter pellet.
- The installation of a draught fan is necessary.
- The price is for pellet burner. For operation, the burner needs a suitable feeding auger.
- For best efficiency, we recommend the installation of an ash cyclone and an automatic system for ash extraction from
the boiler.
