General Overview:
The Performance Department is in charge of analyzing and evaluating the performance of investment trust
assets and assets under investment advisory contracts. The roles and responsibilities of this department
include monitoring of the investment management process, provision of feedback to the fund managers;
provision of performance data to Client Services, preparation and management of internal benchmarks and
provision of daily fund performance reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide investment performance reporting and analytics for all accounts.


Maintain data for performance systems and assist Senior Performance Analyst in preparing reports.
Assist fund managers in analyzing sources of fund performance.
Manage the process/procedure for any new reporting requirements.
Verify and validate the benchmark data and set-up and process.
Handle and resolve any issue with external vendors.
Complete RFP from an Investment Performance perspective relating to performance track records,
investment performance management framework, measurement and reporting capability.
Continuous research and studies on performance measurement and attribution analysis and seek
enhancement.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while
ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and experience reconciling data across multiple sources, responsible and
meticulous.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team.
Highly motivated, self-starting, with intense desire to work hard and make a positive impact by improving
processes.
Knowledge of investment accounting, equity and fixed income asset classes and other investment
instruments preferred.
Strong IT skills, specifically with advanced Excel and Access database applications and VBA programming.

Experience / Qualifications:

Recent university graduates are welcome.


Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or
Economics.
Up to 2 years working experience in performance measurement, attribution and analytics in asset
management industry.
Experience in data reconciliation and system implementation is an advantage.
