1. Game installation
To install the game, please follow the instructions below
-

If the autorun option of your CD-ROM drive is


activated, the installation program will start
automatically. If not, just start the program
setup.exe in the root directory of your CD by
double clicking on it.
Follow the instructions for installing the game.
Enjoy No Man's Land!

3. Launching the game


After having installed the game, youll find the No Man's Land
icon in Start Menu/Programs/No Man's Land. Double click on it
to run the game.
After a few seconds, the movie will start, afterwards the main
menu will appear.

4. Troubleshooting
Please install the latest graphic card drivers in order to avoid
problems.
If you have problems with the framerate/smoothness, please try
changing the following options:
-

Change "show hidden units" to "none"


Change the shadow quality to medium or low
Change the particle number to medium or low
Change the color depth to 16bit
Use the mouse hardware cursor

5. The game camera


You can always use a free camera to rotate and change the angle.
For that you need to open the options menu and un-link the camera.

In order to get this information, please go to "Run" in your Windows
start menu and type "dxdiag" in the command line before confirming
it by pressing the Enter key. Now the DirectX diagnostic program will
start. It mainly shows all of the relevant driver files of your system
components. In order to receive a text file of this information,
simply click on the button "Save All Information". You can then save a
text file with all of the relevant data to your hard drive in order to
send it via e-mail or keep it for future reference.
