JMo, no sun here I am working on defrosting my big freezer that my son keeps fil
ling up. What a mess :(. I appreciate what he does but I kept telling no more un
til I defrost. Well after 8 hrs with no electric I have ice inside about 3 inche
s deep and everything froze like a log.
According to one of the sites Lawyers will no longer be abke to bring in laptops
that are capable of internet, They will onl be able to bring in Note books with
less cabilities. Hmm is this some of the new evidence what is up now?
Now I am wonderinng if Casey used Baez laptop to get into the invisable Nannys m
y space page from one of the visits, any thoughts.

Hmmmm, well, when you mentioned lap tops, I first thought of that Hokey funeral
crap they had for Caylee with the laptop up on the podium, so that "Lee could re
cite CMA over and over". I think there was a web cam in use and I think Casey sa
w it and there were some secret messages between Lee and Casey that day. Baez wa
s visiting her in the jail with his laptop at that same time. Hmmmm.
However, yes, they could of gotten into the Zanny site and he could of let Casey
write in it and that could explain why there were postings while Casey was in j
ail. Trying to throw off LE and run up the investigation costs.

Yes that was my thought I even said that about the menorial, it was to dam obvio
us to me what they were doing. Oh yes good allibi Casey was in Jail, she was als
o in jail when Caylee was found and there point being. There is nothing you can
post that they can not find what server it came from so I wonder is this will be

New Witness came forward Wednesday night on Baby Gabriel. Where in the hell have
these people been....do they live in a vacuum or something? Geez. There are so
many people that are not aware of what is going on around them... Here is what w
as said:
New Witness Comes Forward
A witness came forward Wednesday night saying Johnson spent several days alone,
visibly troubled, and away from her vulnerable child.
CBS 5 News has tracked several locations where Johnson was spotted while in Texa
s and most of them make sense.
There was the Homegate hotel, a Subway restaurant and a gas station, but a Laund
romat called Easy Wash is not so easily explained.
Manuel De Leon, a maintenance worker at Laundromat, said for four days straight,
Johnson came in and paced by the bank of dryers. She did not do any laundry unt
il the fourth day.
"At first I thought she was in to drugs and trying to get together with a buyer.
She kept going back and forth like she was waiting for somebody or trying to me
et with somebody," said De Leon.
But De Leon never saw Johnson meet up with anyone, and although she came in mult
iple times a day, he never saw her with Gabriel. He only spotted Gabriel's car s
eat and Johnson's white sedan parked outside.
"She was like stressed out, like she had something on her mind," De Leon said. "
When you have something on your mind, your face shows it. The way you look at pe
ople and things. That's why I kept away from her because I thought maybe she's u
pset about something."
On Dec. 26, Manuel finally tried to talk to Johnson.
"It was short, because I told her 'Are you from San Antonio?' and she said, 'No,
I'm headed to Florida.' And that was it," he said. "I couldn't really make any
conversation with her because she cut it off."
Johnson fled to Miami Beach the next day, where she was later captured.
But what was she doing at the Laundromat? And where was Gabriel all that time?
"I think she really met with somebody and we're just trying to track that down,"
McQueary said. "We just haven't been able to figure out who she met with. If we
could get one name of somebody she met with, that would be a huge lead."
McQueary passed Manuel's tips along to the San Antonio Police Department, and of
ficers did follow up.
Manuel said he's 100 percent sure he saw Johnson, and also feels confident Gabri
el is alive and close.
"I think the baby's still around, in this area somewhere," said De Leon.

He was of the opinion that the defense would not want to do that.

uring the period from Feb. 11 - March 2. Yet the Anthony can't afford to make th

I hope Judge S doesn't grant the motion. But he is a fair judge, so in the legal
sense I guess it's 'only fair' for a DP defendant to have a decent legal team.
And I guess regardless of who is paying for the DUHfense, they still have the ri

pi$$ed if I was a FL taxpayer having to pay for this wench!

Numarama, Hi there! Glad to see you're still around. I believe Judge Strickland
will grant this motion as it would definitely give the defense grounds for an ap
peal if he didn't. But IMO it will affect the case.
Snipped from WFTV article posted tonight in reference to the new motion:
"The defense is seeking state assistance to subsidize the costs of travel, servi
ng subpoenas, hiring experts to interpret evidence and transcripts, deposing in-
and out-of-state witnesses and investigating all aspects of the case,â the defens
e teamâ s media spokesperson wrote in a release issued early Friday evening."
HIRING EXPERTS TO INTERPRET EVIDENCE & TRANSCRIPTS is where I think the defense
will gain by this motion. This could become another trial like Phil Spectors. Lo
ts of so called experts (otherwise know as high priced spin doctors) to confuse
a jury.
Florida residents will be mad as hell & they are also what makes up a jury. Afte
r sitting through this trial & listening to the BS from defense & their witnesse
s they will be beyond mad. She is guilty & the evidence will show it. If I was a
juror I would have no sympathy what so ever for Casey Anthony or any member of
the family. She had an opportunity to take a plea but instead continued to dig a
deeper hole for herself along with the help of the defense & her family. Brian
Nichols trial cost the state of Georgia over 2 million.

I know that the CA case of jaycee dugard is that they, either just jaycee or her
family will be suing the deep in debt state of CA for there bumbling on the cas
e that kept her a prisoner of that creep's for 18 years. I am poor, the state is
in total disrepair, yet I feel she should get every penny she asks for! The pol
ice did a pathetic job of finding this poor girl, when the evidence of SOME wron
g doing was right in their face. While I believe the police department in her ar
ea, can' remember where, are responsible, it will be state that is sued. This is
one time I truly believe she should sue and win. 18 years of her life gone, jus
t because the police were lazy. Just like the police searching for Caylee. Lazy
and didn't want to get wet.

The Anthony family owes approximately $121,000 on their home & are what banks ca
ll upside down financially due to the current real estate sales market. One of t
he news stations reported that market value on their home was around $100,000. S
o they couldn't have sold to assist Casey even if they had wanted to.
As far as a civil suit, Florida law exempts a primary residence from any civil s
uit judgments. OJ moved to Florida for that very reason.
They are poor money managers & their past verifies that fact. I think they have
spent any money they may have gotten from the media. Plus Baez must have gotten
the $200 thousand from ABC or the majority of it from the amounts mentioned in y
esterdays motion.

Attorneys fees would not be included in what taxpayers have to pay.
The judge could question Anthony's attorneys about any possible book or movie de

Rascal, my Shih-Tzu eats soft dog food for breakfast. I feed the old cat a can o
f friskies on the countertop for breakfast. I have a bowl of water, bowl of dry
cat food and bowl of dry dog food on the floor for them at all times. Shih-Tzu a
lways eats the dry cat food, and hates his dog food. I have listened to you and
moved the dry cat food up on the countertop. I had no idea that the cat food mig
ht be bad for him. Duh me! Why can't they make doggie food that is fish flavored
? I think that's what he likes about it. He loves stinky stuff. Yesterday on our
walk he smushed his ears/head into a pile of half melted deer poops. (I think i
t was deer poops.) Then he stood up, wagged his tail and smiled at me. My dog sm
iles at me a lot, and it is so obvious and cute. Okay, dumb dumb, now you need a
bath. Brian hates baths.

I know this must happen in other states, but I am sad to say in CA money just ma
kes or breaks you. Look at the OJ trial. He got off due to his "dream team". The
y had everything on him but a video of him committing the crime. Funny how then
he got all those years for a stupid act in NV! At least he is finally where he s
hould be, and will be an old man before he is let out. Not to mention the Goldma
n's will never leave him alone.
I had a "real" feeling that Amber would now be found. It is a shame that I don't
believe she would have ever be found if not for someone else missing. And while
I am sick over Chelsea's murder, it is sad that so much was done so fast and ye
t not for Amber. I mean it is not Hollywood there. Who buys a new BMW for a 16/1
7 year old? Not sure when it was bought, but I can only dream to ever own a car

JMo..It is a sad fact that if families have money, LE will work 20 times harder
to find their child, dog, wallet, whatever. I guess, and I am SO glad Chelsea wa
s found, that if not for HER families money, no one would have ever found Amber.
Sad but true. Money buys you everything. They say it does not buy happiness, bu

do know money buys you power. I heard today that it was THREE, yes THREE weeks b
efore they would even look for Amber. they thought she just "ran away". Why? She
was so excited over her 4H project and getting her lamb. She just was not from
a family with money. I am glad Chelsea was found. ALL children missing need to b
e found. I am truly thankful that at last, Amber's family can finally lay their
baby to rest. If not for the wealthy King family however, I honestly believe tha
t Amber would still be where she was found. Just 10 miles from Chelsea. Again, w
hat is this world coming too? I also believe, truly, that that scum that murdere
d Chelsea King, also murdered Amber, and I also believe many more. He was let ou
t in what? 2005? No telling, since Amber was gone in 2009, just 4 years later, h
ow many he has killed since. Like they say, by letting the first one live, he le
arned. Learned to kill all the others. I would be the first to sue the people re
sponsible for letting him out. The shrink *can't spell the doctors name, lol*, b
ut he recommended 30 years! If they would have listened, both girls and the *oth
ers* would still be alive. Judges and defense that push to let these monsters ou
t should have to pay when they rape/molest/ murder AGAIN! They would NEVER let t
hese asses out if it was their child that had been murdered or raped. They shoul

Ok, just watched NG. The guy who works with the tracking dogs said that last yea
r, the dogs led to that park that Amber was found in (3 different spots). Howeve
r, bottom line is that no one followed up on it. How sad. If its the same killer

't ask for your bank statements before doing a missing person report.
The Kings didn't PAY Walsh or Obama to have Obama on the show. It was an anniver
sary episode. What makes you think the Kings had anything to do with Obama being
there? That was an odd statement.

Wednesday, the reports coming out are saying some of this. That LE acted quickly
to find Chelsea, but sort of brushed off Amber as a runaway. I don't know how m
uch of media is fact or not, but opinions are just that, opinions and interpreta
tions. Sort of like, the opinion that Cindy didn't care about Caylee, but it doe
sn't mean she didn't. I don't think anyone on here is meaning to offend anyone,
just giving their opinion and talking about what they make of things.
We should probably just stick to the Casey story anyway on this site.

Wednesday. I find it offensive that you chose what *I said as *Offensive. I am n
ot sure what state you live in, but it is a sad fact that money DOES get you pla
ces that poor people never see. It was even on HLN that the King girl, Chelsea,
was privledged and was given immediate attention. They said Amber was a runaway,
because she was not rich. NOT TRUE!!! She was an above average student living i

JMo. I agree with you that this hub page is for Caylee. However, with months bet
ween news, do we not post? I need rules I suppose. There is going to be very lit
tle news of the Casey case except tid-bits here and there. So that means do we n
ot post? Do we not mention Haleigh or any of the other missing children? If so,
then we will be posting only every odd months or so. The latest on Casey lasted
about 5 minutes in a month.
I truly think if that is the case, we need rules. No posting unless it is only a
bout the Anthony case. however, what about the possibly months in between? Do we
just say nothing? I think all missing/abducted/murdered child cases are importa
nt, but are we to ONLY stick to the Ant case? I am fine with that, but I do need

Linn, I think it was about the whole conversation in general. Wednesday did not
just pick on you. She mentioned stuff in my post too. She said that Chelsea King
s family had no influence on Obama being on the Walsh show. I really don't know
the facts, but I do know that it is an opinion on everyone's part on whether the
y 'did or didn't'. You can't say for fact that they had nothing to do with it.
And yes, I agree with you that (my opinion) is that money talks. Always has and
always will. No, the police don't look to see how much money someone has, but wh
en its a prominent person, it is televised and covered more. I know for a fact t
hat there was a news story out about Haliegh not being in the news anymore becau
se the reporters said that no one was interested in what happens in a poor count
y like that. It is sad, but that is the way a lot of people think.

Linn, you are basing your opinion on things you have seen/heard on TV. Let me te
ll you something. I have just recently moved from a town of about ten thousand i
n central Alberta. My father is very wealthy and is held in very high regard in
this town. I have personally witnessed many many times that he has been shown sp
ecial treatment that a regular person would not have been. My father is a great
asset to the community. He has never done anything wrong ever, but some of his r
elatives have. They usually have the guilty party in the back of the cop car and
call my Dad to ask what they should do. I can 100% guarantee that if one of my
Dad's grandchildren went missing the cops would call in back up from the City an
d go all out. If a child went missing from the Metis Reserve just outside of tow
n-ahhh, maybe they would call in back up, but probably not as fast.
Wednesday, what Linn and JMo said (as sad as it is) is true in many parts. I am
really up north in Alberta now, and the death of a little Metis or Cree baby is
why less news worthy than the death of a little white baby. And this does go bac
k to money. Native hitch-hikers, hookers, and just general drug addicted women h
ave been disappearing off the highway between Edmonton and Prince George for yea
rs. It is only in the last couple of years that this plight has become public kn
owledge. Their family's have no MONEY! If I go missing tommorow, you all will kn

My point is that there were more factors than just money that led LE to believe
that Amber was a runaway. Possibly because of who she hung out with, family circ
umstances, etc..
Chelsea's parents knew she was going for a run & knew she was expected home shor
tly. There was reason to believe fowl play was involved.
I don't know all the details surrounding Amber's disappearance, but from what I
see on the news & read on the web, it sounds like Amber's situation was much dif
ferent.
I get what you're saying Loosingit, regarding your dad's influence. I agree. But
the difference is that your dad would call in favors from people in the communi
ty & other avenues that his experience & his social status have influenced. Poss
ibly that is the same scenario for the King family.
I don't dispute that people who give to their community, both time & money, are
more well known & hold a higher "social status" than people who don't volunteer,
donate, etc. Mostly just because people recognize the name & feel a connection
to them. So it becomes personal to them. Instead of just "a teenager went missin
g". It's now "so & so's daughter is missing". People will feel more compelled to
reach out.
The part that was off to me in the previous comments was that because Amber's fa
mily had less money, police blew the situation off & didn't look for her. There
had to have been a reason the police believed she could have runaway.
There are missing children from poor families on the news all the time. Very few
seem to be from wealthy, upper class, highly influential families.
Haleigh is a good example.

JMO, the only reason I knew about the anniversary episode for John Walsh's show
is because it was on dateline (or one of those news shows) the other night. They
interviewed him & they showed a clip of him talking with Obama. He didn't even
make mention of Chelsea in the clip they showed, just missing children in genera
l & the statistics of how many people they have caught due to the show.
I'm sorry if I came across like I was pissed at anyone in general. I'm just tire

RE: Amber Dubois & Chelsea King cases
I don't believe law enforcement bases their efforts on wealth & social status or
at least not in any state I have lived in. I will say that some cases do get mo
re assistance from the public if a person has been active in the community. They
simply know more people to help get the word out & search.
In the case of Chelsea King they were able to narrow down the search because the
y knew where she was last & that she never left that area on her own because of
the car, Also they did find a piece of her clothing almost immediately.
I've been following the King case online as I don't watch HLN anymore & haven't
read anywhere that the King family is wealthy. In fact one story I read said the
father is currently unemployed & looking for a job & the mother is a medical as
sistant. Chelsea drove a 18 year old Volvo. None of that says money to me.
When Amber disappeared not only was local law enforcement involved but so was th
e FBI. The family also hired a private detective. I believe law enforcement work
s all cases equally & just didn't have anything to go on in the search for Amber
.
Lots of money will buy you a better criminal lawyer though. OJ Simpson & Robert
Blake are prime examples of that. Law enforcement didn't let the fact that they
were wealthy celebrities keep them from charging them with murder.
I respect the job my local Sheriffs department does. They are overworked, under
paid & face situations that are dangerous everyday.

Thank you losingit and JMo. I still will argue it is a FACT that those with mone
y get special and faster assistance. For one thing, Amber was not even remotely
a possible runaway. She never had done this before. Like was stated on TV, she w
as excited about buying her lamb for the 4H project, that day. She had no pierce
ings, tattoos, had never been in trouble. Was a very good student, etc. So they
wait 3 weeks to search for her, yet Chelsea is looked for in just about an hour.
Odd too once they find Chelsea, they then put two and two together and days lat
er Amber is found. It is a fact in life that those with power, means and money g

s the victim was only a homeless man". I had to sit in court and listen to this.
The man commited a horrific crime, yet thanks to his judge friends, got a 200 c
ourt fee and community service. We see it all the time here. Take Tiger Woods. N
o crime, but look at the money he had to not have to answer to what he did. No d
rug tests, no alcohol tests done. Do you think if I had wrecked my car at 2:30 A
M and was on the ground snoring that I would not be tested for booze and drugs?
It is a well known fact that those with money get away with more, more is hidden
, and facts are "lost".. BTW, this goes back probably to the beginning of time.

I have a question here.. OK, they say the state will be paying for Casey's defen
se which will start at about a million. LP says with appeals and all, it should
top about 3 million. What I don't get is this. When people say we will be paying
, I thought just those that live in FL are paying, yet several people such as NG
and others that don't live in FL, keep saying how they don't feel it is right f
or them to help pay for her defense when they had all that money. They counted s
o far close to 300,000 dollars. The funds to Baez and Co. is only about 111,000.
SO where did the other 200,000 go, and is just the state of FL going to have to
help Casey out, or is it ALL states? Been meaning to ask that as several people
who do not live in FL are furious they will be helping pay for her defense. So
glad I remember to ask this as it is driving me crazy. Does that me that I, here
in CA, will be helping pay her defense?? If so, ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Can't answer your second question Linn, but I want to clarify my response to you
r first a bit. I truly believe that LE wants to solve every crime that comes to
them. Even for if only selfish reasons, it makes them look good. No cop wants a
case to go cold, especially if it gets solved a few years later by someone "smar
ter or better" than them. Using my father as an example, he would buy air time (
if possible) and be on every channel bargaining for the safe return of any of hi
s children or grandchildren. It would bring the public in on what was happening
and put a bit more pressure on LE. So, maybe LE would (for example) search that
area again.
A few months ago I posted a link to a friend of mine that went missing about 25
years ago (she was 16ish) from my home town. About two years after she went miss
ing I became very close to her family. LE was good to this family, but they were
still frustrated that many of their tips were not being followed up on. Way bac
k then,(I believe) the family believed she was dead. They just wanted to know wh
at happened and find her. Instead of the positive thinking that your loved one i
s still living and the dreadful thoughts that they might not be, this family was
rather at peace thinking she was deceased and more distressed that she was livi
ng in something horrible. A couple years ago a new Mountie moved to town and was
determined to solve the case. He moved next door to my parents and they became
great friends. Out of the blue, my Mom called me one night and questioned me abo
ut the missing girl's father. I could totally tell there was someone on the othe
r line. I told the truth. Her father was not involved with her disapearance (as
far as I am concerned). Find a different tree to bark up. I am 99% certain that
this girl is dead and was murdered within five miles west of town. I do not know
where her body is. I suspect it might be in the Pickton pig farm.
She would be about 43 by now.

Losingit. I have total admiration for 99% of our LE. Of course, even in the Case
y case, there is always a bad apple. They do their job and most of these folks h
ave kids, grandkids, parents, siblings, etc. I know they want to find every miss
ing person they can. Maybe I am jaded in CA. They do work "harder" with those th
at are celebrities or wealthy. And yes, the OJ case really did me in watching it
. He bought his way out of a murder. 99% again, especially here, knows it.
I am NOT bashing at all LE, just those above them that tells them which case mig
ht be more "important". Take the show Law * Order. These shows are taken from re
al cases. Even they are frustrated, the LE, when told it is a judges son, etc. s
o leave the case alone. It is just the way it has been since Jesus. The kings an
d wealthy were able to say, kill him! And because the person was poor and the ki
ng said to do it, they HAD to do it. .Whether or not they agreed, or back then t
hey would be killed.
I still believe that is the way it is. I lived it with my brother. The man who h
it him was so NOT rich, BUT he was friends with all the judges. Apparently he wa
s a piano teacher and had taught most of the judges children piano. There is a h
uge extra story to this case, when I was in his court for another matter, and so
meone case matched my brothers. The judge had no idea I was there when he said t
hat my brother was not the same as the man this 19 year old had hit as he was ju
st a "homeless person" so he gave teh 19 year old the full sentence. I do believ
e he saw me later on as he fled the courtroom and the news people there were que
stioning me on how I felt. HUH? I was on the TV when it happened, I was told to
write a victims statement, yet the judge only let me read one sentence of my sta
tement. They said as I looked up to not cry, "forget it! I was going to say ....
..don't remember! But I was not "rolling my eyes as the judge said, I was trying
not to cry". This was the court date of my brother. The other young man had don
e the same thing as the man that killed my brother, but he got jail and a 2,000
fine. As the man that killed my brother knew the judges, he got a 200.00 court f
ee and community service. This man drove home with my brother on his windsheild
and his grill. When the police showed up at his place, he was not calling police
. he was on the phone to a retired judge here. He got nothing. A 200 dollar fine
, and community service giving piano lessons. Let me say. My brother had problem
s. He has an arrest warrent out for him. He was arrested that afternoon for stea
ling. Had chest pains. The police left him at the hospital. He walked out. HUH?
HE had a warrent! The let him walk out, he was still on drugs. He walked down an
d crossed a freeway where this judge friend hit him at almost 70 miles an hour.
My brother had no business crossing a freeway, yet this man hit him and took off
. Blood everywhere. he was thrown 286 feet. Nothing left of him, yet again, the
man got a 200 court fine and community service. I was not even allowed to read m
y victims statement as the judge said the man who hit him did not need to hear i
t. So yes, maybe I am against the "system" itself. However, someone tell me why
when my brother stole, but had an arrest warrant out for him, he was just left a
lone to walk out? IF he had of been arrested on the warrent, he would still be a
live. See, I had to live this. It was on TV for months, I was hounded by all loc
al TV stations. Then when that same judge did not see me in court that day, and
what? I guess and I don't use this word, but he dissed my brother using words he
said when I was in court, that he said he never used. "JUST A HOMELESS MAN".. H
e was a son, a father, a brother, a grandson...
OK, didn;t want to go there, but it brought it all back. Let us all be realistic
. LE does go for cases that are high profile, famous, money, etc. They do it bec
ause some want to be seen on news, but most do it because they are TOLD what to
do!

k the horror I lived through. Thanks to Judge Moody. BTW, he was asked a year la
ter to step down from the bench. Hmmmm.. Yes, he was involved with illegal deali

appened. He was cremated at cost, but his ashes are still in my room. I have no
money to do anything with them. And our family never cremates. I don't want to s

Linn, Everyone that pays taxes will be paying for Casey's defense not just Orang
e County taxpayers. The Justice Administrative Commission is a fund for the whol
e state of Florida & I believe that it receives federal grant money too. In that
case we will all be paying for her defense.

Even if you add up the 111,000 the defense was paid, what happened to the other
say 89,000? And just how DO the Anthony's pay an attorney to save their house? I
almost lost mine to a "predatory loan", making more sense to me lately, but I h
ave had to work with my mortgage company, do a forebearance and I am sure that i
s spelled wrong. I am still dealing with them. I can say from a short experience
, that an attorney can help you do NOTHING to save your home. You and your mortg
age company must work together and agree on the arrears, the pay back, and all t
hat good stuff. My house payment was a negative which I had no idea was in there
. PLUS interest only! So paying 1803.00 a month, was just paying interest. each
month I owe 3500.00 more! I had no idea what this guy did, and I don't feel I am
"stupid". I have no idea how he put it in, but it is going to save me. However,
I would be dancing on the moon if my house payment was only 728.00. I mean even
disability and/or unemployment should have saved and made the house payments. N
ot to mention their cruise, would have made for them several house payments. I a
m having a really hard time here as mine are so high and am trying to work them
down WITH MY MORTAGE COMPANY! NOT a LAWYER!!! Only thing I can think of, is they
want to put some snap in their lawyer career by being well known. In my mess la
wyers cannot do anything. I tried one that made my mess worse. The mortage compa
nies will will with the homeowner, but no one else. They will tell him what is h

Maybe WFTV should have done a little research in the video archives before they

No way that is the evidence that the state is withholding from the defense. That

I don't think it is for real. I think that maybe George called her for sure, but
it was only in trying to find Caylee, since this Kook was at the memorial and f
lashing herself around. He probably took her name as a contact and then followed
up with leads about Caylee being in NY. There are probably text messages, etc.
too. She may of taken pictures of her and George on her cell phone while she was
here at the memorial, who knows. The 5000 was probably something that she gave
to the memorial to find Caylee, if in fact she did give that amount of money. As
much as G and C have been in the news right after Caylee was found, I can't ima
gine him being able to carry on an affair without anyone knowing, much less to s

I think its true. George having the affair - George believing Caylee's death was
an accident. In fact I can even see Casey telling George something like - Dad -
don't you remember - you left antifreeze out/medication out/the pool ladder out
and Caylee drank it/took it/used it to climb into the pool and then she died -
and I freaked out and to protect everyone I pretended she had been kidnapped and
put her in the woods. I think George would totally and completely fall for that
and would then of course jump to Casey's defense.
Maybe the hidden evidence is George's suicide letter - maybe he wrote - I need t
o die because I forgot to put the pool ladder away and Caylee drowned because of
me

er Cruz that backup my theory on the motives behind all of this.
I was first approached about this story by the National Enquirer. That should te
ll you something about the people's motives," Conway said.
Conway denied George Anthony ever made that statement. He said the motives of Cr
uz, and her sister, Skye Benhaida, are questionable.
"The sheriff's office is doing an investigation. They're thorough. They're serio
us about this, and they're going to interview and take statements from anybody t
hat has information relevant to the death of Caylee Anthony," Conway said. "What
I can tell you is that George Anthony did not make that statement."
The women said they were at the Orange County Sheriff's Office to get Cruz's pho
ne. They said there were pictures and text messages that they consider evidence
of the affair. Cruz said she's not in it for the money.
"I can tell you that everything I have told the detectives, I've sworn under, an
d I've made my statement, and I've told the truth," Cruz said. "There's nothing
I want to cash in on. If anything, he's taken money from me."
Cruz's sister admitted she offered the story to at least one media organization.
Sources said Cruz was questioned by investigators and her statements taken.
IMO If the tabloid magazines turned down this alleged bombshell that should tell

Imacynic2, According to this woman they met in the summer of 2008 through Kidfin
ders. I would imagine that people involved in the search were invited to the mem
orial. Being that the family didn't have many supporters after the body was foun
d, I believe the twins & their friend Kalani became part of the inner circle eas
ily & had an agenda right from the beginning. Cindy even invited them to one of
Caylee's birthday parties. I believe it was the first one after her death as the
y said something about the balloon release.
Text messages don't equal an affair. Maybe just a want to be player & Georgette
is definitely that. Cindy had him on a very short leash so when & where did they
meet for those not so special moments all caught on the cell phone. And who was
the picture taker & why would someone having an affair allow someone to documen
t the infidelity. Wait a minute, I figured it out, Georgette was incapacitated o
n beer & blood pressure medicine. That combo might not be deadly but it sure can

The Hinky Meter has a good article today discussing the cell phone activity from
June 15th - June 24th. JWG a guest writer on that site has done quite a bit of
research on the cell phone pings & tracking Casey movements during that time per
iod. JWG believes that they show Casey went back to the remains site after she d
umped Caylee's body.

Wednesday, I enjoy reading at Valhall's site. Post there are always well written
& researched. I also got a laugh out of "bustdown". I hadn't heard that term be
fore either but it definitely describes Casey Anthony. I had the same thought &
could actually see her having one of her famous temper tantrums after reading th
e definition.
Oh BTW Wednesday, THANKS for everything you do to keep this site up & running. I
t's great to have a place to go to for sharing info on the case where people can

From what I got today on NG, she didn't believe the woman, but Bill Shaffer does

I believe Casey Anthony is guilty of the cold blooded murder of Caylee based on

I'm not alone in thinking that this latest sideshow is BS. I don't think LE give
s a rats a$$ if George had an affair in fact they probably wouldn't blame him af
ter their interviews with the dragon lady. I believe what they are looking into
is the statement River aka Crystal Holloway made claiming that George said Cayle
e's death was a tragic accident that snowballed out of control. IMO unless she h
as it on tape or in a text this is nothing but a he said versus she said. George
's inconsistent statements to the press will be troubling for the prosecutors bu
t they can always rely on his statement to the grand jury as that is the one tha
t brought her indictment for 1st degree murder.
I also stand by my opinion that the twins have an agenda. How many of you have s

Oh Good Grief, the only thing snowballing out of control is this case and how it
is being handled. Now that is my opinion! lol. I think the ANTS, The Media, The
Ho Lawyers and all the "I wanna be noticed" groups have made this a circus suit
able for daytime TV soap opera status.
I guess I am in shock that Judge Strickland has not demanded more professionalis
m from everyone, but I guess there is just so much he can do.
Yes, I read all the comments from people who think this is the latest and greate
st on George Anthony and that if they can prove (which I don't see how) that he
said Caylees death was an accident, then it will show he knew something (I don't
see how) about Caylee being dead and that he committed purjury and fraud too, b
y taking money to help find Caylee. Remember, even if she was dead, they still n
eeded to find her, right? Sounds like there is a lynch mob out to get George....
but maybe more on attacking his character than anything else?
My opinion is that people are still wondering "What Really Happened" and everyon
e is searching for "Why" it happened and "How". We know WHO and WHEN (Casey, 31

that gag order. None of these shenanigans would be happening & the defense would
have had time to work on the case instead of flying all over the US to appear o

Prosecutors filed a 1 page document today saying that they are finished with the
ir investigation into the new material & information & its no longer necessary t
o keep the info sealed.
National Enquirer story doesn't contain any pictures of George & the alleged mis

jo..I find ALL posts interesting in their own way. Gee, none of us were there wh
en Caylee was murdered. Time to fess up if you were! LOL!! So I take all comment
s and opinions and either agree or disagree. usually to myself. I remember Casey
was furious at George over his losing the "family" money in that scam, and also
that she was furious at him as she knew he had an affair. We can confirm the mo
ney scam, but who knows about the affair, and if so I am not sure about the time
line on these two. Only thing that makes me go hmmmmmm is that she has apparent
ly texts from George and lives in a gated community that records all license pla
tes. IF so, that would bust him. Another hmmmm is the police talking to her, but
refusing to comment. Usually that means something. THEN, just one day after the
NG interview with the sis, the next day the so called mistress is on the Enquir
er. So who knows?

Wednesday...There was mention that this hub was really for Caylee. I mention the
n if we were allowed to discuss any other missing people as I was on different s
ubjects. Gabriel, Susan Powell, etc.
AND I might have been the guilty person of not signing in. L A Z Y is all I can
say. I have tried now to sign in. I think I am probably the only one that doesn'

low. I just can't see that one statement meaning that much to Casey's case. I be
lieve it would fall under hearsay evidence & if it was audio taped, unless the p
erson knows that someone is doing that it's not admissible in a court of law. Ma
ybe in the future we will see charges filed against someone for giving false inf
o to LE but that would be a totally new ballgame. I'm still thinking it might be
info provided by Dominic Casey to LE & the state attorneys office.
Linn, The alleged mistress is 40 years old or close to that age. That picture ap
pears to have been taken at one of the Kidfinders functions (note the computer i
n the background)& it appears George has his arm on her chair looking back at ma
ybe the picture taker or something else. Even if George's name is on that securi
ty log that doesn't mean anything other than he was at her home. I live in a gat
ed community & if I had someone coming to my home that I didn't want the communi
ty rumor mill to know about I would not call the gate & use the guests real name
. Those visits could be perfectly innocent & nothing more than George going ther
e to give flyers to them to post or talking about search strategy. But then agai
n they could have had a hot steamy affair. George's character & actions are irre

While looking up information on Cheney Mason I found an old article at Click Orl
ando posted on December 12, 2008 the day after Caylee's remains were found. Repo
rter Tony Pipitone discussed the finding with former prosecutor Elizabeth Rahter
& Cheney Mason, & the impact the discovery could have on the case.

"What does it do to the state's case now that there' s a body?" Pipitone asked f
ormer prosecutor Elizabeth Rahter.
"Oh, it hugely bolsters the case. A jury is always a little reluctant to convict
because they don't want to convict an innocent person. Absolutely you would not
want to do that. So now, there's going to be no doubt that she's dead," Rahter
said.
Defense attorney Cheney Mason said claims made by Casey Anthony and Baez that Ca
ylee was alive will now work against them at trial.
"Then all the talking, all the press interviews and the parents going on this sh
ow and that show and the lawyer going on different shows establishes they have n
o credibility whatsoever," Mason said.
The testing of the remains could be the key to the case.
"The most important thing is how did she die?" Mason said. "It could have been a
n accidental death -- and we've talked before -- an improper disposal, it could
have been a brutal homicide. We don't know, and until the medical examiner is fi
nished and renders a report, no one is going to know."
Rahter said an accidental death would be hard to believe.
"What would a reasonable person do in the case of an accident? Call 911 or call
your parents or call a close friend. Do you go borrow a shovel from a neighbor,
probably not?" Rahter said.
Mason said an insanity defense would be even more difficult to prove, Rahter sai
d.
"It's really difficult to be not criminally responsible. You have to prove they
know right from wrong and they understand the consequences of their actions. Obv
iously, Casey understood the consequences of her actions because she worked real
ly hard to cover it up," Rahter said.
If the case plays out how many think, the experts agree on what will likely happ
en.
"You can pretty well predict there's going to be a life sentence, either a plea
and get it over with or have a circus trial and then be convicted and get life,"
Mason said.
"Yeah," Rahter said.
**** Based on Cheney's statements to Tony Pipitone in 2008 I don't think he plan
s to do anything more than oppose the death penalty in her case. Heck even Perry
Mason couldn't hope to get a not guilty verdict based on all the evidence & cir
cumstances involved in this case. Also the defense & the Anthonys did that reaso
nable doubt & throw anyone they could think of under the bus tour after Cheney m
ade those statements to Click Orlando. Wonder what he would have to say about th
e Camp Crazy shenanigans now if he wasn't part of the defense.

I found one of Mason Cheney's cases from 2007 & this certainly doesn't support t
he media's claim that he wins all his cases. I remember this from Court TV but d
idn't realize that he was the criminal defense attorney for Nelson Serrano. He m
urdered 4 people in Polk County Florida in 1997 & was eventually found guilty in
2007. Not only was he found guilty but is currently sitting on death row in Uni
on County Correctional Institute awaiting an appeal. The 48 Hours article is 7 p
ages long but its an interesting read.

meone will bring up Cheney's views on Casey? To me, that also makes me think. If
he is the new powerful lawyer working only for "fun", are they going to use his
past statements posted above, AND the ones saying he wanted to be on the case f
or "fun" as an appeal if/WHEN she is convicted? We all know she is guilty. THEY
know she is too. So what if this is a ploy to get an appeal when heaven help us,

JMo, If another inmate at the Orange County jail had given Baez's name & number
to CA, I believe that they would have sold their story to one of the tabloids. S
omeone on one of the blogs said that Casey left a message on the Myspace page be
longing to Baez's daughter telling her to "say hello to Jose for me". How many t
eens refer to a friends parents by their first names. Also note that during the
jail visits with Cindy & George that she called him Jose rather than Mr. Baez wh
ich would have been the proper way. Yes, I believe they knew each other before J
uly 17th. & it was more than her knowing his daughter.
As far as the defense showing up unprepared for court on Thursday I think that i
t will come back to bite them in the butt. Baez testified that he had received a
pproximately $89,000 for all litigation and that HE HAD NEVER TRACKED HIS HOURS,
he estimated he'd spent 2500 hours on her defense. That is a big NO NO with the
Bar Association. Lawyers are required to keep records of billable hours not gue
ss at how many they have spent. Yep I can see the Florida Bar Association knocki
ng on his door again & if not there is something rotten in Denmark.
Linn, Not taking up for NG show but she has always saved her venom for the crimi
nal & not their families. Besides the Anthony family antics would take more than
an hour to cover every night. LOL NG is also a parent now & can empathize with
their plight. Her show has become more about sensationalizing the stories & rati
ngs so I don't watch it anymore but was at one time a big admirer of hers & her

Another interesting thing about the defense funds besides for lousy record keepi
ng is the $140,000.00. Were Todd M. & Andrea L. required to pay a buy in fee to
the defense team? Both provided $70,000.00 of OPM (other peoples money)to Casey
Anthony. Kinda of like gambling, put up money with the hopes of hitting a big ja
ckpot, in this case it would have been book & movie royalties in addition to fut
ure celebrity clients.
Lyons fee was paid out of a charity fund for indigent people needing legal repre
sentation that she was responsible for. Casey wasn't indigent as she had $205,00
.00 for her defense. I would hope De Paul University is looking into this.
As for Todd M.'s $70,000.00 contribution I have to wonder if it was part of the
money that belonged to the escrow account he was managing in California. The ver
y one that got him in trouble with the California bar association. Florida bar a
ssociation considers the financing of a clients legal defense by an attorney a c
onflict of interest. Another big NO NO!
How responsible is Baez in these shenanigans? He had to have been the one behind
the 70 thousand dollar payments or donations. He should also know Florida law d
oes not allow this. I bet the Florida Bar Association switchboard has been flood
ed with calls & their email box is full of complaints about Baez & company from
the public & ethical lawyers.

Well, I for one definitely think Casey knew Baezhole before the arrest. Remember
before I said I bet she was in a lot of trouble with the law and George tried t
o throw it under the rug with his law enforcement friends and Jesse was right in
there helping too. That will be a real bombshell when it all comes out.

I used to work for an Attorney and have used many of them and they write down ev

Jessie Grund resigned from the police department before Caylee was reported miss
ing. His father said that it was by mutual agreement between LE & Jessie. He was
still in the training phase of his employment & both parties didn't feel that i
t was the career for him.
As far as the defense getting paid for talk shows, the media denies paying anyon
e for that but they do pay for air fare, hotels, & food. I believe the defense w
anted to do those shows for two reasons. One would be to promote reasonable doub
t & pollute the jury pool. Two would be promote themselves for personal gain.
Lyons is getting a salary from De Paul & she is using her students to do a lot o
f the grunt work.
I don't think Conway gets a paycheck from the Ants for his work but he did get a
percentage of the money from 48 hours episode. Maybe even a cut of the ABC mone
y.

Cheney Mason's statements to Tony Pipitone BEFORE Caylee's remains were found ar
e what I would expect from any experienced successful criminal defense attorney.
A nobody case is an uphill battle for prosecutors & if circumstantial evidence
is lacking its impossible to get a conviction. Drew Peterson is a good example o
f a nobody case. He has never been charged for that crime because of the lack of
evidence. There are quite a few nobody cases where LE knows that a person is de
ad but lack the evidence to charge the person they believe to be responsible. Th
e point Mason was making was the case against Casey Anthony at that time was wea
k. Former prosecutor Rahter said "I don't think the state would go through with
it if they don't have a body". So Rahter, didn't seem to think that the case was
a slam dunk without a body either. My point is I don't see where anyone can say
he "stuck his foot in his mouth". Am I missing something?

Orlando news that I would like to see a reporter question him about now. Being t
hat he was not Casey Anthony's attorney at that time I believe what he said was

I can see where Mason stuck his foot in his mouth. He was busying when not hired
by Baez or whoever, that not having a body would mean she, Casey would not be c
onvicted. however, there are a lot of cases where the body is never found and ye
t the person is found guilty of first degree murder. Scott Peterson is one. The
found her body, if I recall correctly, after he was sentenced. You don't need a
body to prove a murder. sure it helps, but so does all the evidence leading up t
o the murder, and after the murder. Body or no body. He was so cocky before he w
as hired on the team. Now he seems to me to be backtracking. Anyone looking up w
hat he said before he was let on the stinky raft can see the difference in what
he said about the case then, compared to now that he is on the stink team. I jus
t heard on a news station the other day that sometimes not having a body is mean
ingless to the state if the circumstantial evidence is greater. For me, the evid
ence points at guilt, even if they had never found Caylee's body. Starting with
Casey never reporting her missing. To this day, she never would have reported he
r missing as she killed her. I DO think a jury will think the same thing.
I truly despise lawyers who only want their name in the news. They can care less

Linn, I haven't watched NG in over 6 months so I would have missed any statement
s she made defending the Ants about the mortgage payments not being made. I reme
mber her covering the depos they gave to Morgan in the Zenaida case & she defini
tely showed the parts of those videos that were uncomplimentary to the Ants over
& over again. I believe she defends them because they are parents that raised a
monster & now have to deal with the consequences of it all & almost every other

Cheney Mason didn't say anything different from what former prosecutor Rahter sa
id to Click Orlando. Almost every legal analyst commenting on the case said the
same thing before the remains were found. Everyone agreed that with no body that
it would be in the best interest of the state to offer a plea deal which they d
id do.
I followed the Scott Peterson case on HLN & don't think I missed a thing that ma
de the news. I also read Amber Fry's book, his step sister's book & the one by L
acy's mom. Scott Peterson was not even charged with murder or anything else till
the day her body & the babies was identified by the medical examiner's office.
Yes, they suspected him but without evidence & or a body they did not charge him
.
I did some research on NO BODY cases back in August of 2008 & posted links to th
at research on Futy's hub page. At the time I believe I found just over 400 case
s that had been tried in the US & the research went back to around 1930, if my m
emory serves me right. Almost all the cases ended up in lesser charges due to th
e fact that no body was ever found. I never said you couldn't win a no body case
& neither did Cheney Mason or any other legal eagle. Just over 400 no body case
s in 80 years is a small percentage compared to the number of people murdered in
one year alone in the US.
The comments he made after the body were found were also no different than other
news analyst were making to the media. He never said if he thought she was inno
cent. He said:
"You can pretty well predict there's going to be a life sentence, either a plea
and get it over with or have a circus trial and then be convicted and get life."
I also saw the video of Cheney Mason after the court hearing & didn't hear him g
ive any opinion on her guilt or innocence. He didn't have much to say except tha
t the case would be "fun". I didn't think that comment was appropriate being tha
t he was referring to a case involving a dead child but till I see him on every
morning show spouting the same old defense BS, I will give him the benefit of th
e doubt.
I think that him joining the defense will help save the state money by avoiding
a mistrial for piss poor representation. Yes, I believe the state prosecutors of
fice is also delighted with the latest move by the defense team.

Well, so much to read and decipher. I think maybe Cheney gives off the impressio
n (to me) that he would of been on the prosecutions side of things before he got
involved with the Caylee case, but now is on the Defense side. However, bottom
line, he is in it for the money and fame, no other reason that I can see. Maybe
he wants people to 'think' he switched thoughts because he knows something we do

Any ideas on who the two people are that are gonna be hurt by what Mystery has t

ABC still getting slammed for paying Casey $200,000.00. Fox News added their nam
e to the list that believe that it was an extreme example of check book journali
sm. The fact that Disney is affiliated with ABC doesn't help their public relati
ons either. Big mistake that ABC/Disney will live to regret for a long time. You
have a company like Disney whose business is profitable because of young childr
en & this same outfit funds the defense of a child murderer. What were these peo

I'm still trying to get through all the new documents but those interviews are d
ifficult to read due to misspelled words & incomplete sentences. But I did find
a few things of interest thus far.
A computer techie using a newly developed technology called cacheback found two
more interesting computer searches on one of the Ant family computers. The docum
ents said the searches were done in March of 2008,that was when the chloroform &
neck breaking searches were done. Someone was on a site called "how to get rid
of stuff" & "drug library. org.
TES volunteer Bill Todd told LE during his interview that on November 8th. 2008
a man who he identified as Jim Hoover came by TES volunteer site to give some in
formation he had received to the search teams. Hoover said that he had spoken wi
th a young female in the Hopespring's neighborhood who said she saw Casey Anthon
y's car backed up to the trail at the dead end of Suburban Drive near the school
prior to her first arrest in July 2008. He said that his name could not be ment
ioned in association with the tip as he was a PI working for the Anthony family
& would be fired if they found out. Another TES volunteer was also present at th
e time. IMO LE have most likely found this person & are keeping it close to the
vest so Camp Crazy can't harass or attempt to throw her under the bus too.
They only black sheriffs deputy at the Ant home on July 16th told investigators
that he never received a sticky note with a phone number on it from Cindy or any
other Anthony family member. Cindy along with the rest of camp crazy will have
a lot to answer for when this is all said & done. Lying & obstruction maybe even
accessory after the fact charges could be in their future. Maybe fraud will be
added to the list too.
During LE's interview with the woman that worked the Kidfinders booth named Lind
a Tinelle they were asking a lot of direct questions about donations, t-shirts &
bracelets. They also seemed to be real interested in what D. Casey & the Ants w
ere telling others about what we now know to be false leads.

I wonder if Casey used the shovel to lift up Caylee out of the trunk and put her
in the garbage bags?? I know that is probably the sickest visual in a while, bu
t if the poor baby had baked in the Florida sun for who knows how long in that t

Interesting about Cindy and the WOODS comment.
Know that I am not one to take suicide or suicide attempts lightly, but I'm not
biting on this one at all. I think this River chick has got some serious mental
health issues. I don't think she 'suddenly' became suicidal and tried to swallow
pills (per her sisters story). I think she got in over her head with one lie af
ter the other and people know she is a kook.I think she is delusional about Geor
ge and has emeshed herself into this case so much, that she feels she is truly a
part of it and it has nothing to do with her. I put her right up there with Joy
Wray. Maybe she was upset, but you don't swallow a bottle of pills...after you

all there. I'm sorry if I am not being sympathetic or empathetic, but she has g

Well, brain cancer is horrible, but it doesn't make you suicidal overnight becau
se of the media. I think she may be looking for a pay out...maybe not.If she has
cancer, then maybe she is depressed, but highly doubtful that her putting herse
lf into the media's eye is what a depressed person does either. IF she has brain
cancer, she doesn't seem like she is the typical patient to me. Do we really kn
ow if she has it, or is this another thing that her sister is reporting? Don't f
orget River has a history of false reporting....that's a character flaw and does
n't change. Sorry, just way too many red flags on her and her sister.
I equivolate the weight of testimony from River to that of Joy Wray and think th
at LE is taking information from both of them, right along with Roy Kronks kooky
ex., so I don't give any of them any credit at all.

I have compassion but I prefer to reserve it for those that deserve it. WFTV rep
orted the story on George's alleged affair on March 12th with nothing but one te
xt message & the word of a convicted felon. They also said that they would have
pictures & more text messages. Where's the WFTV follow up report? It's been exac
tly 2 weeks & we haven't heard another peep from WFTV about this.
How do we know Krystal/River has brain cancer? Because Skye says so, well that i
s not good enough for me. How do we know Krystal/River took a bottle of pills? B
ecause Skye says so. This is the same person who said that they didn't sell thei
r story to the tabloid magazines. But a few days later National Enquirer had an
exclusive interview with Krystal/River on the news stands. Krystal/River alleged
had information that could have assisted LE but withheld it while people with t

an she knew was married doesn't say much for her character either. I believe tha
t Krystal,Skye,& Kalani were looking for their 15 minutes of fame from day one.

Some people are just fraudulent and some are just mentally unstable. Maybe she d
id have an affair with George and maybe she is dying of brain cancer....who know
s for sure. I had a friend of died of brain cancer at 27. This stuff would of be
en the last thing on his mind. He was focused on his family, their future, finan
cial stuff, dying, trying to feel decent and dealing with tons of medication, pa
in meds and chemo.
Somehow, she doesn't fit any of this. But, like I said, maybe she is dying, etc.

t is hard to accurately define a typical patient --
I have very strong feelings about men or women who are single and date married f

My father's sister died of brain cancer. NOT a nice way to go. But that was tons
of years ago and I did not know her. Other than I would not want to die of brai
n cancer. Any cancer! But especially brain cancer. There are so many rumors out
there about this woman, yet for some reason I think her and George did get close
. How close? Who knows? I am not at all for any affairs if married, even if it i
s to Cindy. Get a divorce first, then whatever.
I do know he was leaving her, Cindy, and heard he did have an affair right at th
e time Caylee went missing. He stayed because of that. But not sure who the woma
n was if she was real. For some reason though, I CAN see George having an affair
after being bashed down repeadly by Cindy. Still WRONG!. Get a divorce first. B

I can't imagine wishing cancer on anyone. I have family members who are dying ri
ght now with it. My mom and dad died of it. HOWEVER, I can tell you from experie
nce that the woman who lives 2 doors down from me (who worked for Frontier airli
nes) was laid off and a month later told everyone that she had been diagnosed wi
th breast cancer. We (my entire cul-de-sac) took up a huge collection and even b
ought her groceries and paid her bills for her for 3 months. I personally bought
her prescription meds for 2 months. All because of her story....Well, next thin
g you know, she moved, as "she couldn't afford her rent" any longer. We had no m
ore money or compassion to give. I began to wonder why she was claiming to be on
chemo, but still had all her hair and energy. Others began to question it too.
Long story short, we reported her to the police. Come to find out, she had scamm
ed everyone in her new neighborhood too.
No, I can't 100% say I know what a typical patient looks like, but I can say wha
t I know a typical person with brain cancer that is dying is like, and she is no
t that person (in my mind). My friend who had brain cancer was debilitated by it
and ill. He was weak and lacked any kind of energy. He wasn't running around do
ing searches for missing children, having an affair with a married woman, gettin
g his face on TV and his picture in National Enquire, nor did he have a criminal
history of making false accusations about someone in his family. He in no way h
ad that energy and he was an active, healthy 27 y/o.
My ex husband met a woman online who claimed to be dying of cancer. She told him
she only had a short time to live. He ended up marrying her. Well, he told the
whole family she was dying and the family footed the bill for very expensive wed
ding, honeymoon, cruises and trips. He let her rack up his credit cards to the m
ax. Well, his mom became suspicious, as this gal never looked sick, never lost a
ny weight, etc., yet claimed to be getting chemo. She went as far as to tell the
family that she was getting 'chemo pills' from a guy at work. Then guess what,
she miracuously was "healed". She no long is dying. Its a miracle! BS BS BS. He
is in the process of divorcing her now. Meanwhile, he is broke and owes thousand
s on credit cards. This just happened within the last 2 years.
I would never wish cancer or any disease on anyone period. But I hope she is bei
ng truthful, instead of mentally ill (which I wouldn't wish on anyone either). H
owever,
I wish I would of been more "aware" of people who fake cancer....they are out th
ere.

My son went threw chemo and radiation when he was 18 and did not loose his hair,
the only place he did was on the back of his neck where they burn him from the
radiation treatments and looked like raw burger. They also told him because of t
he strength of treatment he would never have kids, ha ha 4 kids later they were
wrong. And they are definately his.
Also my husband did not loose his hair from chemo and radiation, so we an not al
ways go by that.

Rascal, you are so right about the hair and the "looking" sick. I have seen some
folks who did not get the yellow or hallow skin, kept their hair, etc. To try a
nd judge how sick someone is by the way they look generally isn't a good baromet
er. I know some people who are healthy but look like they are on their last leg.
Prayers for all who are sick, whether they look like it or not.

Well, I just don't know if to trust this river girl. Something seems really fish
y to me.
My sister in law has breast cancer (just found out in Dec.) and she was told by
the dr. that her hair would all fall out from the chemo and it did. They just pu
t her on a different chemo and they told her that her eyebrows and eyelashes wou
ld fall out next. She is extremely sick, but was in great health before the chem
o began. Next, if she makes it through the chemo, she will have surgery. They to
ld her she won't have radiation or lazer because it is not just a tumor....it ha
s spread to her muscles and lymph.
So, lets just hope that river doesn't have brain cancer and that all is well....
Who knows...all this information seems to come from her sister anyway, includin
g the suicide attempt story...

I don't know if River has cancer or not -- her sister seems to be doing most of
the talking. I have read in other places the suicide attempt is true. That is sa
d for anyone going through such depression.

Maybe the sister is the culprit, you never know. This case just gets stranger an
d stranger, and you all know that we can't trust what the media is telling us. I
hope she really didn't try and commit suicide. They made it seem like her and G
eorge had made a pact with her Suicide Pact statement.
I like the way she is 'reportedly' throwing the entire ANT family under the bus.
..but then again, I think a lot of people think the ANTS knew Casey really did i
t. That is not special information or only privy to her. I just think she is con
sumed with all of this to a point.....

Didn't Roy Kronks ex wife die of cancer and he took care of her till she died?
I will be really irritated if I find out that River is exaggerating things. Canc
er is to be taken seriously for sure, in all cases. I had cancer in my arm years
ago, only told a few people and got it taken care of. People always ask me what
the big scar is. I tell them I got in a knife fight, lol. I hope Tim Miller is
gonna be ok too. Im sure this trial will be draining on him. I'm glad that he ha
s told what he did about Casey and her behavior. I think it will hold a lot of w
eight in the jurors eyes.

Thinking about the cancer thing. My mom had a rare form of cancer. No chemo woul
d have helped. Nothing did. So while super sick in the beginning, as she never g
ot chemo or anything at all, she never lost her hair. Later as it progressed, sh
e never lost her hair, just her life. At the end, on morphine and all.
However, from the beginning she never felt well. Such a rare form of cancer it t
ook 6 months to figure out what she had. But she was not up to hooking up with a
nyone.
But it depends I guess on if she has cancer, how far along? My dad's sister died
of it, but I never really knew her at all. Told I look like her *is that good o
r bad*, never knew. But they were heavy smokers back then. A HORRIBLE way to die
!
It is a shame that you never know when a person with a deadly illness can scam y
ou. I just can't see River or whatever her name is, trying this with the entire
world watching. But you never know I reckon

Its the chemo that makes you lose your hair, not the cancer. I suppose not all c
hemo does that, but the breast cancer ones do and the chemo my friend took for h
is brain cancer did. They tried a lazer at first because it was a tumor and they
had to shave his hair in that area. But then it spread and they had to do power
ful meds.
Yes, River is quite a character in my book and so is her sister, with their crim
inal records and lies. I'm not sure that George would deny the affair if he knew
he was busted, do you? He had CONway make a statement and everything, but then
again, look at John Edwards, he denied it fully till the mistress finally showed
off the baby. If it is true, I wonder how Cindy will act? That will be the most
interesting part really. She will probably say, "oh, I knew this all along and
we have worked things out....Now, back to looking for the real Zanny. Meanwhile,
Joy Wray will say that her expert spy work uncovered the hidden affair, etc. Th
is is just all so very bizarre.
What's happening with Mystery? Anyone know?

I don't agree with her evaluation of River/Krystal Cruz but the rest of the arti
cle is spot on as far as Cindy & George's behavior. She also had a couple of thi
ngs wrong. No one in the Ant family ever told LE that Zanny had a tattoo & the a
mount of money paid to Casey by ABC was $200 thousand not $250.
If a well known professional like Dr. Glass believes that George & Cindy need to
face the consequences of their actions the state attorney's office should charg
e them now instead of waiting till after Casey's trial. They will either be host
ile witnesses or they will lie under oath. Instead of putting them on the stand
they can use the interview transcripts & George's grand jury testimony. If LE ha
s proof that they obstructed justice they need to be held accountable.
Based on the questions about money & the tips on Caylee sightings that LE was as
king people during the interviews I believe they are working on a case against t
hem.

I agree Jo. Geez, a bunch of mispellings in her article, which is not good. She
even called Caylee, Casey on one of the sentences.
Mainly, I think she failed to remain 'objective' in her article and showed a lot
of opinionated emotion. Perhaps maybe someone needs to evaluate her body langua
ge or her 'written' language. She sounds to me like she has some feelings in the
re that relate to some of the story.
George may of said some things to a lot of people, but you can also take those t
hings out of context and make them what you want.
I say of course George and Cindy knew Caylee was dead. They smelled her dead bod
y when they opened the doors to that car! That is not an F'n Revelation! There i
s this little thing called Denial, and maybe the pain was so bad that they denie
d it. Does anyone really think that George or Cindy would of said, Well we know
Caylee is dead, because we smell a dead body in the car, so don't bother searchi
ng for her. No. They had hope that maybe it wasn't Caylee who was dead and wante
d people to look....but they still knew in the back of their mind she wouldn't b
e found. Does that make them guilty of hiding something? No.
Now when Cindy started covering stuff up, that's a different story.
Lillian needs to step back and take another review, if you ask me. She threw in
way too many emotional statements for me to take it professionally. But that's j
ust my opinion.

I didn't know till I saw this story in the news that Trenton's paternal grandfat
her was on death row in Florida. Josh Duckett (Trenton Duckett's father) has had
more than his share of loss & grief. Unlike the Ants he did join searchers look
ing for his son & not once has he tried to cash in on his misfortune.
Josh Duckett & Mark Lunsford are excellent examples of what normal parents & or
family does when their child is missing. Neither of them started a Foundation,at
tacked LE or bad mouth searchers. Mark Lunsford lobbied for Jessica's law & cont
inues to lobby for laws that will keep other children safe. Josh Duckett attende
d the searches for both Caylee & Haleigh. How many times have the Ants attended
searches for the other missing children? I believe they went to Satsuma because
the media was there. Nothing more! The media spotlight more than likely gets the
m more donations for their scam foundation.
I wouldn't doubt that Cindy & George got some of the ABC money. I can see Cindy
calling up Baez & threatening to spill the beans to the media about the photos.
When I think about those pics being sold for CA's defense I just shake my head i
n disbelief. How could any one do that? I think ABC news is just as bad as the A
nt family for their role in this. I've added ABC to my growing list of networks
that I will boycott.

JMo, Your right, that article was not objective at all. Doesn't anybody ever use
spell check? I also believe like you that statement by George could take on a w
hole different meaning if you left out two little words like "I Believe". But I
also can't see the prosecution using it in court. I would think it would be hear
say evidence. I could be wrong. Yes I understand denial but you can't live in th
at world forever. Sooner or later you have to wake up & face facts. When they st
arted covering up they endangered other peoples lives. Searchers, anyone named Z
enaida, & that little girl's family that had her picture posted all over the pla
ce. My one big problem with River is that IF she is telling the truth she should
have went to law enforcement immediately.

Yes, I think their shock and denial was real at first, but then they felt pain a
nd guilt(from not having done something about this before it happened), like whe
n George attempted suicide. Next was anger and bargaining (this was all the time
they decided to crusade against 'zanny', because it just had to be someone else
besides Casey). They even tried to bargain that Casey was MOTY and show how muc
h they loved Caylee. They even began their foundation to try and show that they
would do good things, if they could just make it all go away. Cindy fought hard
to make the public see her family different. Well, it isn't going away. I think
all the media shows and interviews have stopped, because they have finally accep
ted the facts (for the most part) and will now have to wait for trial.
To me, these are all the stages of greif and sadness. Yes, the ANTS have taken e
very one of them to the extreme in a dramatic sort of way. Of course, not all pe
ople react the same (i.e. Duckett), but the ANTS didn't help Casey at all acting
out this way. I think a lot of it was unnecessary. But it was sensationalized a
nd they not only lost Caylee, but know they are losing Casey too. They were Cind
y's life.

JMo.. That is what I mentioned. Mom had cancer, but never had chemo so she never
lost her hair. in fact, she at 66 had mostly dark hair streaked about 30 percen
t with gray. As she was passing, her hair got darker and the gray fell out, yet
her hair was glossy and thick, just got darker. It was odd. Mom could only take
blood thinners, *knew later that was to make us feel better* and pain meds. No r
adiation or chemo

Oh and to mention, my neice got leukemia at age 2. Her hair did fall out as she
got chemo. Not sure if she got radiation though I think she did. Luckily she is
in remission finally and her hair is to the middle of her back. her 8 year old s
ister has hair to her knees. lol..her teacher had to have a class meeting tellin
g all the kids to leave Emily's hair alone. In a braid it is fat, with a ringlet
at the bottom. I am guilty of always picking it up and putting my finger throug
h the ringlet.
Oh her eyebrows also fell out but not really her eyelashes.
