D. Write a paragraph about feelings and experiences that you used


to have when you did not possess those communications skills.
When I think about that skill I didnt have I feel
very bad and I also feel I cannot get a good skills but I want get a good skills
that require in every organization when I saw my class fellow better then me
in presentation , confidence , knowledge , then I feel I cannot struggle in over
life. I cannot face the audience due to less confidence because confidence is
so important. I remember my first presentation when teacher call me on
stage and I am totally confuse I speak few word and my friends laugh and
jokes on me I feel very poor I feel disappointed because without skills I cannot
struggle and all required skills make a man strong.

E. Keeping in view the workforce diversity highlights at least seven


communication problems that may occur and suggest possible
solution for each case.

1. Poor communication
Poor communication is that the different country people communicate
not properly because the different country people have a different language
skills there for a poor communication problem occur. Poor communication
creates personal conflicts, missed deadlines.
Suggestion:
We remove this problem through training and provide guide line how to
communicate the employee and which way to adopt the good
communication.

2. Language problem:
Language problem is major problem in organization because people
belong to different country like China, USA, Saudi Arabia, India, and Pakistan.
When every person belongs to different country and also belongs different
language there for problem is occurring. When people communicate each
other he not understands the other country language.
Suggestion:
We remove this problem through hair translator he translate the
massage and free time he train the employee.

3. Religion problem:
In different organization a very big problem on religion because people
belong to different religion like Muslims, Hindus, Christian, and the employee
are not like to talk with other religion person.
Suggestion:

We remove this problem through gathering the manager create


opportunity for those people who does not meet with other religion person
when he go together he feel friendly.

4. Environment problem

Environment problem is that the person of other country or city not


adjust in organization like hot weather, loudness, noises, he disturb over work
and he does not complete the work in specific time and all the organization
should be disturb.

Suggestion:
We remove this problem through provide a good and better
environment.

5. Team work problem:


Some people are not like a team work in any organization there is big
problem because team work is so important for organization this situation
creates due to some different culture people religion people and country base
people.
Suggestion:
We remove this problem to motivate the people and tell about the
team working advantage and create the opportunity for every person for
gathering then we resolve this problem.

6. Culture problem
Culture problem is that problem to create person to person due to
different culture like dressing, praying, eating, etc

7. Personal problem
Personal problem create when employees allow personal issues to
affect company communication, a communication problem develops that
could take a long time to track down and resolve. People who refuse to
communicate based on a personal disagreement are damaging the
company's ability
