Financial Systems Manager

 Documented instructions for numerous procedures involved with using Macola Progressions.
 Created an Access database in conjunction with SQL Server providing unit directors’ updated daily financial
information to the transaction level.
 Managed user permissions within Macola Progressions accounting system.
 Discovered issues surrounding the maintenance and reporting of staff advances and started the development of an
Access database that would allow unit directors to see updated information pertaining to advances online.
 Worked closely with MIS staff in resolving technical issues with the financial systems.
 Created Crystal Reports for budget managers and complex Excel spreadsheets for internal and external auditors.
