the customer. You should implement a Quality Management Process any time that
you want to improve the quality of your work. Quality management can be
measured in different ways. Number of scraped goods, reworks done for produce
goods, additional material or inventory which do not use for particular production,
warranty repairs or service done for sold goods, customer complaints made for sold
goods and services, liability judgment made for goods and services, product recalls
and product corrective actions taken to products.

introduce for that their customer satisfaction is more important. By doing user
surveys can be able to identify their needs, expectations, and the trend in the
market. And also can be able to identify limitations. The user surveys can be easily
done e.g. from the audience of Olympic Games.
Non user surveys:
Non users are also customers. They were non users may be due to unaffordable
prices or dislike to the products. From these surveys the Adidas can identify the

for effective implementation of a quality scheme:

required to talk with each other to exchange views and ideas, exchange instructions
and discuss plans for growth and development. Communication and consultation
with staffs can be considered as the lifeline of any organization for its success and
also for implementation of any strategic plan including quality schemes. The

could improve service quality:
To deliver quality to its users, McDonald's need to be managed in an improved way.
McDonald's should be concerned with their budget; they must not to spare their
projects from being over budgeted. More information needs to be provided and
more transparency is required, if they want to attract more contractors, suppliers
and distributers around the world. They need to match their investments in
products and process to their investment in their people. If McDonald's wants
friendlier service it should spend more on hiring. They need to speed up, because
no one wants to wait in a drive thru for 10 minutes or sit in an unclean restaurant.
They create exceptional service and for this they may encourage their employees.
