Different types of fibre extraction processes are
followed in different parts of the world. Based on the fibre

quality and usage, the company manufacture fibre extraction

machinery units for the following processes:

1) Defibring unit.
2) Conveyor system for defibring unit.

Defibring unit:

The defibring unit produces the highest quality fibre.

Combing principle is used for fibre extraction. One of the main
advantages of Defibring process is that the bristle fibre and
mattress fibre can be obtained separately, whereas in other
processes, it is not possible.

Conveyor system for Defibring unit:

Conveyor systems are mainly used for minimization of

manual labour and uniform feeding of the machine for more
streamlined production requirements. The customer can choose

3.2.1 Super crusher

Crusher is used to crush and punch the husks for easy

soaking. The fibres in the husks get softened and straightened
to certain extent. Due to this process the hardness of the husks
gets reduced and will be easy for further processing. In some
areas, the husks are soaked for month in small ponds, lakes or
backwaters to soften them. These soaked husks are then fed
9

directly into the defibring machine without crushing. In order to

reduce the soaking time, crusher is used.
