EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Karvy Group is today a well diversified conglomerate. Its businesses
straddle the entire financial services spectrum as well as data processing
and managing segments. Since most of its financial services were retail
focused, the need to build scale and skill in the transaction processing
domain became imperative. Also during stressed environment in the
financial services segment, the non financial businesses bring in a lot of
stability to the groups businesses. Karvys financial services business is
ranked among the top-5 in the country across its business segments. As
such my Topic is Financial and non-financial services of Karvy stock
Broking Ltd., it shows the comparison of different products by Karvy as
compared to its competitors in the target customers mind. For instanceKarvy positions itself in the customers mind as one entity- Karvy- which
can provide customized and one-stop solution for all their financial services
needs. It has an unaided top of mind recall. It intends to stay with the
proposition of Keep Growing. The positioning you choose for your brand
will be influenced by the competitive stance you want to adopt. Financial and

determining

points

of

similarity and difference to ascertain the right brand identity and to create a
proper brand image.Research is conducted to find the effectiveness of
services provided by Karvy in the minds of customers and the conclusion is
