F. Other Design Restrictions


v. Pet houses shall not be located within the Setback Areas
and along any side fronting a Common area and shall be concealed
from public view.

F. General Cleanliness and Safety


A. No cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, ducks, geese, roosters, or
rabbits shall be maintained on the lots. Pets may be maintained only if
they are controlled in accordance with the rulings of the Association.
I. Stray Dogs and Cats
A. Dogs and cats must be
kept within the owner's respective premises and taken out only under
leash.
B. Stray dogs and cats caught by the
security shall be brought to the Association Security office and the
owners shall be notified thereof. Unless claimed within 48 hours after
notification, the pets will be disposed of accordingly. The residents
concerned shall be required to pay a penalty of 1,000.00, or as may be
fixed by the Board of governors, for each dog or cat recoverd by the
Secuirity, plus expenses for the maintenance of the animal.
C. Only dogs on leases shall be allowed in
the parks. A fine of P5,000.00 shall be imposed on the owners of vicious
stray dogs that have bitten pedetrians, in addition to whatever civil
action that may be instituted by the offended party. This fine is intended
to require the owners of vicious dogs to confine and leash their pets
within the premises of their homes.

C. Dogs without leashes and stray
dogs are prohibited. Such dogs shall be caught and impounded. Fines
will be imposed upon the owners thereof, in addition to other liabilities
that the owners thereof may occur.

11.Pets
11.1 Cattle,pigs, sheep, horses, goats, and
other large animals that may cause
inconvenience due to offensive odors and
unwanted noise ir endanger the health and
safety of residents are not allowed.
11.2. Breeding if animals for
commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Pets should be kept within the Lot.
Whenever taken out of the property, pets shall
be held by a leash or otherwise properly
restrained or contained.
11.4. Dog taken on walks or
constitutionals should be leashed. In case of
aggresive dogs, close supervision and muzzles
are required.
11.5 Loose or unleashed dogs roaming the
village shall be considered stray and will be
caught by the guards.Unless redeemed by the
owner within forty-eight(48) hours and a fee
imposed by the Association, all stray dogs
caught will be turned over to the Society for
the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in
Manila or any similar institution as may be
approved by the Association for proper
disposition.

11.6 The owner shall be responsible for any


nuisance, untoward incidents, and injury to
person or damage to property caused by his
pets.
11.7.
Owners must see to it that any noise created
by their pets is minimized so as to not to
disturb other residents.
11.8 Owners shall be responsible for
having their domestic pets vaccinated.
11.9 Pets
may be alloed in the parks and other outdoor
Common Areas only if leashed and
accompanied by the owner, or any member of
the household. Owners shall be responsible for
the cleaning of the dirt, stool, urine, and
rubbish caused or left by the pets in the
common areas.
11.10 Indoor common areas are off
limits to pets
11.11 The Association shall have the discretion
to prohibit keeping of pets which are deemed
dangerous or a nuisance to the residents or to
limit the number of such pets.

which are deemed dangerous or a nuisance to
anyone.
11.12 Pets of any kind
should be limited to reasonable numbers and
should not cause any undue disturbance to
neighbors due to cries, calls and other noise, or
cause annoyance because of strong odors.

SWIMMING POOL:
F. Domestic pets are not allowed in and
around the pool area.
