    Dear Council,
    The St. Bernard Parish Library Board request the rebuilding of the St. Bernard.
    Parish Library to pre-Katrina conditions at its present location at 1125 East St. Bernard
    Hwy, Chalmette, Louisiana, 70043.

    The St. Bernard Parish Library Board request the Parish Goverrunent and the
    Public Works Department to assist the Library Board and staff to spec out repairs to the
    present building and to engage the necessary contractors to rebuild and refurbish the
    building so that it meets current building, electrical, structural and all other pertinent
    eodes, to include asbestos testing and abatement.
