COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This Compromise Agreement is made and entered into by and between:

The Spouses KEINOSUKE and SHARON GRACE SUENAGA, with forwarding

address at c/o Unit 209 Antel Seaview Tower, No. 2626 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
-andJOSEPHINE SAKUMA and YOHJI SAKUMA, mother and son, both of legal age, and
residents of B-17, Lot -8-D M Cansing Street, BF Resort Village, Las Pinas City, hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

AGREED THAT:

THE FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00) payable in three equal installments in the
amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS on the folowing dates: 1) October 9, 2015; 2)
November 18, 2015; and 3) December 18, 2015.
For the abovepurpose, the First Party shall issue the Second Party three (3)
postdated checks corresponding the amount and the dates mentioned above.
The First Party, specifically the Sharon Grace Suenaga, shall cause the dismissal of
the following cases: 1) Crim Case Nos. M-PSY-14-21101-CR -- M-PSY-14-21102-CR
titled People of the Philippines vs. Josephine Sakuma pending before Branch 45 of the
Metropolitan Trial Court of Pasay City; and 2) NPS Docket Nos. XV-07-INV-15E-02361 XV-07-INV-15E-02363 titled Sharon Grace Suenaga vs. Yohji Sakuma for perjury in the
Office of the City Prosecutor of Manila.
The Second Party, meanwhile, shall cause the dismissal of the following cases
against Sharon Grace Suenaga, namely:: 1) NPS Docket No. XV-07-INV-15C-01788 and
XV-07-INV-15C-01789 for perjury and libel in the Office of the City Proseutor of Manila titled
Yohji Sakuma vs. Sharon Grace Suenaga; 2) NPS Docket No. XV-13-INV-15D-00969
and XV-13-INV-15D-00970 for perjury and falsification pending with Office of the City
Prosecutor of Pasay titled Josephine Sakuma vs Sharon Grace Suenaga; and 3) NPS
Docket No. XV-13-INV-14D-01901 for violation of Republic Act 8042 in the Office of the City
Prosecutor of Pasay City.
Both parties, in order to effect their undertakings in the two preceding paragraphs
shall execute the necessary Affidavits of Desistance and whatever other documents
needed.
Finally, both parties shall rescind, and hereby rescind, the Agreement dated June 30,
2011 which provides, among other things, payment of Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000) by
the Second Party to the First Party.

The parties hereby waive, relinquish and release whatever claim/s they may have
against each other arising from the aforestated cases or from any transactions they may
have against each other related to the same cases.
