GMAW parameters:

Tensin: 90% energy in the arc 10% energy in the wire.

Wire feed: as higher the wire feed higher the current intensity.

Welding speed: function of filler rate and penetration grade. relacionada con
la tasa de depsito y penetracin.

Polarity: inverse polarity (DCEP) prefrerred (better arc stability, good


penetration, little splashes). No AC used.

Gas flow: low flow means bad protection and oxidation; excessive flow
means turbulences and corrosion.
