Comes now the Defendant, Kay Kim, Pro Se filed my For The Record on this 10th April,

2010 as follows and not limited to:

1. Regardless, your Honor took away my self representation rights, I¶m

communicating through the court filings due to all of you engaging conspiracy (Conspiracy in

Character of Agreement) of lying, obstructing and suppress discovery of evidences to convict the

alleged criminal-me regardless of its truth and facts in this anything goes Kangaroo court.

2. I, Kay Kim, Pro Se-Defendant will testify on the day-April 28, 2010 of jury trial.

3. Third party witnesses of Charles Chuang will testify on the day-April 28, 2010 of

jury trial.

4. This court must order the eyewitnesses of the altercation of the 3rd parties-Mae

Vera (address is same as my building 4250 unit 8) and Charles Ritter (address is same as my

building 4250 unit 5) to testify on day-April 28, 2010 to testify.

5. Again, there is a videotape made by Mae Vera resides building 4250 unit 8 on the

day-November 6, 2008 of altercation took place will determine who is/are lying against all the

charges whether me-Kay Kim, Pro Se-Defendant, third party witnesses or State¶s witnesses.

6. State does not have any evidence against me besides what the state witnesses said.

Everyone lies. Even in the murder trial(s).

7. There is no excuse for lying even if the charges are the misdemeanors.

8. Only evidence exist is the videotape made by Mae Vera which Linda Handlon

told to tape by saying out loud-³Video Camera´ on the day of altercation and Event History

Detail which is in possession of MCS (Marion County Sheriff) Anderson¶s Audio Department.

  I, Kay Kim, Pro Se-Defendant demand that the Judge Pfleging to order

to compel the videotape-Mae Vera and Marion County Sheriff of Audio Department Event

History Detail on the day of alleged crime scene/has occurred on November 6, 2008. c
