and features. The user friendly and user interactive features provide its customers with the ability
to interact and keep log or archive for the messages. The aim of the present study is to discuss
the features of iPhone message archive with the detailed procedure which incorporates the
discussion of iSkysoft and as well as some third-party applications(Carlson 4)

The feature of message archive consist of the feature in which the chat history is saved on the
respective gadget till the further continuation of chat and the prior chat is also saved on some
other gadgets like computer or cloud services in order to ensure the availability of archive at
several sources. In this way, the personal or business interactions via text messages are saved and
are kept as a log in order to sustain the communication for long term. Apple Inc. understands the
current trends in the communication and has adapted its smartphones in order to meet the

1. Open the iTunes and then connect iPhone with the computer.
2. The option for the selection of iPhone will be shown at the top right of the screen.
