Vice President of Operations for Southern Africa

Led all vision, strategy, and execution for operations within Southern Africa for this $30MM global
IT services and solutions company, with accountability for the development and execution of a go
to market strategy for the region and the ongoing evolution of a sustainable and profitable
business model.
Served an integral role establishing the framework to support the companys penetration and

expansion in Southern Africa with respect to Learning Management and Healthcare solutions.
Captured significant gains in revenue and profit year over year, propelled by the acquisition of a

major contract with Wipro Limited, aggressive cost containment measures, and the divestiture

served as part of the team that led the integration of the MTN business unit into MTN South

Met the challenge of driving demand into two Strategic Application Management Services Global
Delivery Centers in Latin America through the analysis and restructuring of cost models within
Brazil and Argentina.
Successfully positioned the Brazil center as an attractive outsourcing location for North

American clients, while promoting the Argentina center as a resource for outsourced application
management for clients in Southwest Europe; in both cases, surpassed all growth and profit
targets.
2006 to 2007: Application Management Services
