Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing Production activities at workshop and Plant.
2. Responsible for the development and update of Production Schedule,
system procedures, method statements, work instructions and check lists
related to the workshop & Plant operations, Plant maintenance support
services and for the maintenance of workshop assets, reports.
3. Ensure systems, procedures and standards are followed for all workshop &

estimation of man hours, material and resources.
4. Coordinate various internal and external audits including certification and
compliance for ISO systems and standards..

1. Monitoring Plant Installation activities of DAEWOO PAK MOTORS
Includes:
Installation of Transfer Rail, Hoist Cranes, Arc Welders,
Pneumatic Tools, Mixing Machines, Electric Cutter, Jigs, fixtures, Winches,
Running Rail, Gantry Beams, Pillars etc.
2. Monitoring Production activities at Frame, Chassis & Body Line and
preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Work Standard
Sheets (WSS) for each Process.
3. Production control (the sequencing of jobs, updating production
schedules, etc), stock control, quality control and the maintenance and
replacement of production equipment.
4. Review and analyze production and operational reports to determine
causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or
production problems.
5. To analyze root cause of defects and issuance of Feed Back to concerned
Department and also suggest countermeasures.
