Neighbor engineering of 3G to 3G and 3G to 2G sites.
Troubleshooting of Drop Calls, Set up Failures, Soft Handover, Inter-System HO, Cell

2G Network Responsibilities:

Worked on Ericsson and Huawei Equipment

Determined problematic sites by analyzing network KPIs, drive test data and
customer complaints.
Optimized worst interfered cells through FAS/NASTAR recording.
Optimize PC trial on worst RX Quality UL/DL cells in City.
Performed Traffic / SDCCH Re-dimensioning with optimal use of Half Rate
Threshold, Modify HR Setting, Load Sharing, DR for congested cells
Performed Drive Tests to identify and rectify Sector Swap, hardware failure

Recommended site upgrade such as down tilling of antennae and re-orientation
of radio additions to clients for increasing performance of firm.
