of the speakers and marcus evans, and may not be
reproduced in any matter whatsoever without prior written
permission from either parties. We will not provide in
hardcopy to support Go Green campaign.

Car park facility is available at N OVOTEL MUMBAI J UHU
B EACH, INDIA which is COMPLIMENTARY for all attendees.
Please have your parking ticket validated at the marcus
evans registration table.
NAME BADGE
Admittance to all conference sessions is by name badge
only. Therefore, all attendees are required to wear their
name badge at all times.

REGISTRATION
Please ensure that you re-register on Day Two and Three at
the marcus evans registration desk.
MOBILE PHONES
As a courtesy to the others in the conference room, during
sessions please turn off or switch your mobile phones to
silent mode.

ON-LINE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTATION:


The same password protected website that you received to
access the presentations before the event is listed below.
The presentations are available to download from the
website and will also be available after the event with the
latest versions from amendments speakers had made at the
event. An email notification will be sent to you advising
once they are updated.

CD ACCESS TO DOCUMENTATION:
A CD of the presentations received before the event will
also be provided at the end of the programme on the last
day of the event upon receipt of your evaluation form.

Any messages received for attendees will be announced
before each break, and will be left at our marcus evans
registration desk for collection.

EVALUATION FORM
You will find an evaluation form in your marcus evans
folder. Please take the time throughout the event to
complete the form and return it to the marcus evans
registration desk at the end of the programme on the last
day of the event.
