Initial version.

Driver Notes:
Driver has been optimized for Volume.
Device ID is set to default of 1.
The status is not available when Device ID is in Broadcast.
When OSD is on, status is disabled to prevent the OSD menu from flashing. In order to resume queries, OSD
must be turned off using the driver.
