Executive Summary
This report mainly consists of the business plan of UNI-TECH Solutions. As Startup Company it
has consider many important points to establish an economically feasible and reliable business inside the
University of Moratuwa. First to all the report showing the Vision and Mission of the company and this
will help to owners, customers and shareholders in many ways. Because, both vision and mission serve
important and different roles as core elements of a strategic plan of the company. Next is company over
view and this is the guideline to identify the nature of the company and its environment.
Product and Service plan discuss the nature of the products and services offered their uniqueness
and product and process technology of UNI-TECH Solutions. In this report it has given a high priority
for marketing plan and market structure analysis. Here basically discuss the sales promotions,
management aspects, demand estimation, and forecasting aspects. Management structure have discussed
under the management plan and under operating plan it gives basic idea of how service will be provided,
details of supply chain, details of location, facilities, equipment etc.
Very important aspect of business plan is financial plan and it gives the idea of financial needs
and how they will be managed. Also Income statement, balance sheets, statement of cash flows, cash
budget on short term basis and other related topics will be discussed. UNI-TECH Solutions has a greater
competency from existing companies and the threat is identified under the critical risk segment. There
are several risks have identified through this segment and have introduced alternatives as the solutions.
Final part is milestone schedule segment and this helps to identify the path that should follow by its
owners. It consists of all the works that should be completed during its designed time period.

It is the Mission of Advance Computers, Mobile phones and Parts to provide for Society of
University of Moratuwa and enthusiasts with the technology related products and knowledge that
fulfill their wants and needs at the right price. Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff
will help inspire, educate and problem-solve for our customers.

Company Overview
UNI-TECH Soultions is a technology based business and mainly consists two parts as selling
products and services. Under selling products we hope to sell computer accessories, computer parts,
Mobile phones and accessories. Under service part company will be repaired the desktop computers,
Laptop computers and Mobile phones. I addition to that software installing and other related jobs
will be done. This is the nature of business and main activities. University of Moratuwa is based on
technological environment and 95% of the peoples are having good knowledge of latest
technologies. As an example there are three faculties and nearly 6000 people including
undergraduates, academic staff and non-academic staff. Many of them are using desk top computers,
Laptops and mobile phones.
The UNI-TECH Solution hope to start in March of 2016 at the University of Moratuwa and basically
place will be near to Food Court. The business is in starting stage and all the members of the
company have good knowledge in computer repairing and mobile phone repairing. As the managers
of the company we have gathered enough knowledge of managing of small business and
entrepreneurship and this will be help to solve the problems that will occur in the company.
There are main five objectives of the UNITECH Solutions. They are categorized as short term
objectives and long term objectives.
Short Time Objectives
1. Give the best solution for the technological problems of our customers.
2. Increase the number of selling units by publishing through posters and social media.
Long Time Objectives
3. Become the best technology solution provider in Moratuwa area.
4. Become the most trusted seller in computer parts and mobile phone in Moratuwa area.
5. Start the branches outside the University.
Current situation of the market for computer part, mobile phone selling and repairing is in good
condition. But there is a great competence from established firms in Colombo area. They giving
there service in low rates and selling product price is much low. As Startup Company we will have to
face those problems. The only chance we got is we can supply our service in there hand distance and
much reliable than existing companies. We can reduce the fee of the services such as, repairing and
software installing.
