Mr. Repetti,
On December 8 ,2014 my client made demand to inspect the books and records of
Forever me. On December 12, 2014 you represented that you would make the records available
for inspection. On January 7, 2014 I e-mailed you on behalf of my client requesting that the
records be made available on Florida at the earliest possible time. Since that e-mail, you have
failed to respond and/or failed to make any records available. In addition, in several
supplemental e-mails I have made inquiry as to when you will be providing access to the books
and records. You have failed to respond to no less than 5 inquiries since December 12, 2014. As
such, you are leaving my clients with very few alternatives to bringing an action to force the
inspection of the books and records.
Before any action is brought, my clients have asked me to reach out to you one final time
in the hope that you will provide them with the information previously requested and previously
pledged. In reaching out to you, my clients are prepared to accept the documents in stages.
Specifically, my client will hold off on the filing of the suit if you begin to provide some
of the documents which would be included in the request. Specifically, my clients would like the
immediate production of the following items at a minimum so that we can work towards
resolving this amicably:
1)

All Bank statements since 2012 for this account and any other corporate accounts that
may exist

Bank: Chase Bank, NA

Routing number: 021000021

6549177v.1

-2-

Account Name: FOREVERME INC.

Account # 137567960
The branch address is:
10195 Cleary Blvd.
Plantation, FL 33324
2)

Tax returns for the corporation for the fiscal years 2012, 2013. We also request 2014 if
available.
3) Shareholder Cap table including any new investors.
4) Any financial statements for the corporation that may exist.
The immediate production of these documents would satisfy my clients in the short-run.
The remainder of the documents can be produced within the next two weeks.
It is the sincere hope of my clients that you will work with them to resolve the situation in
good faith and without the need to resort to further legal action through the Chancery Courts of
Delaware. We believe that this would be an unnecessary expense for the corporation and a waste
of shareholder resources so we are respectfully requesting that you release the records that you
have already previously agreed to release for the inspection of my clients so as to avoid this
unnecessary cost and distraction.
We request that you provide us with this minimum set of documents by Friday, January
30th at 12 PM.
My clients look forward to a positive resolution to the current situation and are very
interested in seeing Forever.me become the success that you said it would become. That would
be best for everyone involved.
Thank you in advance
Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP
