The Contactor is responsible for ensuring that the requred designed and constructed in
accordance with the specifications and codes referred to on the specification sheet. Furthermore, the
contactor is responsible for ensuring that the design, including thickness of given specification, is
satisfactory for the design conditions indicated on the specification sheets. Calculations and thickness
of material supplied to the client are for informationand tendering purposes only. The
contactor shall make his own calculations for which he is fully responsible. The contactor shall
ensure the quality of civil work all applicable codes and national stautory requlations and
he shall obtain all necessary approvals from statutory authorities.

For civil works, shop drawings to be provided by the contractor and approved by the Engineer Incharge before start
All rates must include material & completion of civil work.
Actual dimensions to be measured & verified by the contractor at site.
50 % of advance payment before stating of civil work & 50% payment after completion of civil work.
Incase of any delay of given time schedule of civil work . Then company has rights to dedected 20,00.00/= rupee
12 per day in final bill

14 Structural material should be removed from site & to be placed on designated area properly
